I booked a room in Greenville NC for cateract surgery after I booked my surgery was postponed and I cancelled the reservation within 10 mins of making it. They charged me $124.00 plus a 10.00 customer service fee on my card even though I cancelled it within 10 mins after booking it. I never stayed there that night and.have not been issued a refund even after calling the company. They are a terrible company to work with and I could think of a lot of really bad words to call them but people be aware. This company has a lot of bad reviews and we cannot all be wrong. If I can save one person from making the mistake of dealing with them it will be worth it! Just for information I booked on March 13th at the micro motel in Greenville NC.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
