Reservations were done efficiently and quickly. Very satisfied with the rooms
He was very kind and thorough. Repeated very back to me. Very pleased 👍
I needed a hotel for one night but needed to leave my car for 4 days because I was taking a train. The agent called the hotel for me and asked and confirmed my request. After that, he quickly and efficiently booked my room.
Perfect, the agent was very helpful and professional
Great. Very helpful and brought some good points when booking and watching third party vendors that are immitatating tge actual company
Pathetic- I advised the person making my reservation that I was driving and preferred to provide my CC # verbally. It took multiple attempts to get him to understand my request.
I was forwarded to the "automated " service and I attempted (6) times to slowly and clearly speak the numbers and then push pound. Apparently, "she" was never able to "get that" So, if your system does not allow a human to human interaction I'll need to go somewhere else.
Definitely did not say Joselito, Jose, Josue or anything of the sort. The associate's demeanor was very rude over the phone, I would imagine he is kinder in person as it would require an actual conversation in person. He didn't answer any questions I had and didn't even ask for my member id, name, or number. Something to identify the status of my membership. In the end we spent maybe 2 minutes asking for dates of availability to the location I was looking for (I can do this myself online, and did), to which he responded there were none for the dates I was looking for (there were, I checked before calling) and then proceeded to give me the phone number of said location because he "cant see anything" on his end. What a joke and terrible service from the planner.
She passed me on to the person that could help me.
Adrian, the person who made my reservation, was rude, rushed me and tried to tell me all of the amenities the hotel has (even though I explained that I am having a transplant and my husband is staying there for emergency purposes). He finalized the transaction and I still had questions.
Young man was polite and knowledgeable. Made making the reservations a very easy task
Fantastic booking agent 5 stars all the way she was very helpful and easy to work with
I called, explained I was struggling with the automated services for an existing reservation. He just transferred without a word and then the automated system hung up.
I called inquiring as to the amount of money needed to have a room for 11 days the gentleman Steve who helped me gave me a great price and I will be seeing you in August
Friendly service, found us a discount. Always best to book direct.
Having trouble with my card. And finding a hotel for a handicapped person.on a very busy weekend.
Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
