4 of us coming for CU All Access, I asked for a room for 4. She told me no availability. I went online immediately and booked the King Jacuzzi Suite that has a pull out sofa. Why didn't she give me that option? We've stayed here before and really like it.

Great service speaking with Brandon. Such a pleasure to speak with an English speaking attendant that speaks clearly, knows his job and can work quickly! My call was picked up immediately with only on transfer to the reservation desk. Brandon offered options for rooms, clearly explained the details of the cost and room we booked. Very professional!

I called the hotel and somehow got redirected to this scam. They told me they were front desk, told me I wouldn't be charged until I check out, charged me about $100 more than the regular room rate and told me that there was only one room left. I took it. I got scammed. I thought I was talking to the hotel directly.
We went to check into the hotel a month later and we had no reservation. I received a message the day of check in confirming my reservation.
They said that I sent them a text message saying I wanted to cancel my reservation.? How am I supposed to text a call center!? How are you going to cancel a reservation via text anyways?
The actual front desk and I talked with hotelplanner. They said they sent me emails and text to tell me of a refund. Didn't happen. The confirmation was sent but nothing about refunds, cancellations. So the guy on the phone told me to check my email now, and said do you see the refund message now? Um, ya, you just sent it to me.
Had to pay for another room at a different hotel bc the one was full. Guy on the phone offered to help me book another hotel. But he said he needed my card information first.
Lastly, I asked the guy the name of the company he worked for and he didn't know. He gave me a couple answers. I only found that it was hotel planner by asking for a manager.
Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
