BUT I thought I was Talking and making my reseravation directly with HILTON, he did not disclose this? I was on my mobile phone and did not realize I was NOT Talking with Hilton and wondering why he would not take my HILTON HONOR Number for the Discount with HILTON, this cost me additional $33.00 and did not add to the HILTON POINTS. When we arrived at the Hilton we discussed out Reservation, and it was then we discussed the Reservation and made on a Booking Service and Not Hilton. We were very Frustrated with the Lack of Disclosure, and transpearancy.
Felt like I was being ripped off being charged $350.00 for 2 rooms with king size beds and the same price for single room with twin beds.
Alex seemed to take offense of my questioning this pricing.
I am not used to dealing someone like this when looking for accommodations.

My elderly mother broke her arm while staying at a hotel with this service. This was the only number I could find and all I wanted was the direct phone number for the hotel. The first woman hung up on me when she learned I did not want a reservation. The second person was polite but sent me their fax number and I still have no idea how to contact the hotel.
This was a total scam...my mother in law is dying and you people screwed me with price for my husband's hotel room. How dare you 😤. I want my money back.

It went very well. We had a bad connection while making our reservation on the phone while driving. Walden was very patient and polite.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
