She was very helpful and patient with me, I had booked several reservations with an agent and there was something wrong with the booking each time and I had to cancel each time, losing money during this process and finally I decided to call the hotel and the person who assisted me was very help, she got me the room that I wanted.
They presented themselves as Marriott but they lied. Got me a hotel for a ridiculous $306. When I got to the Marriott, they said I was "taken" by the group and that they were really Expedia. I called to get a refund instead of staying there. They didn't admit they were Expedia so i dont know who they are. This company refused my request for a refund although they falsely presented themselves as Marriott when i called and asked " Are you Marriott?" I asked for a supervisor, they lied and said no supervisor was there but they would call me back but wouldn't say when. If there wasnt one there, how could they commit to call me back? 24 hours later, still nothing. I asked for their address, they didn't know. I asked for their company name, they didn't know. I asked for company phone number, they didn't know. Don't do business with this non-US based "company". They don't know anything!
Timothy was very helpful and friendly. I work with him on a new reservation anytime.
We are old and he took time and walked us through the booking process and all the fees. It was a long long call but he walked us through it. Very appreciative.

I called with a rate of $117.17 showing on the web page and the person said that rate was no longer available with them booking it. They said it was sold out. I tried to explain what the web page showed and they hung up on me. Worst service ever from Best Western. We have stayed at them all across the USA and no one has ever been this rude.
My experience with the agent was horrible. The agent was impatient and did not meet my needs.

Patrick has a natural flair for customer service. An asset to your company. He wasn't able to get me what I needed for a room but had options and didn't make me feel pressured.

Lindsey was terrific very helpful. And pleasant and gave us great service for our reservation. We have been staying there twice a yr since our accident which totaled our jeep and almo at t took our dog the hospitality overwhelmed us such kindness thank you philip. Brenda brown
I tried to block some rooms for my daughter's wedding, but instead I was sent a link featuring different lodging options to book through the link without a block. I really wanted to block some rooms, but did not hear back from my assigned agent when I inquired. I later called to follow up and was told we had blocks at two hotels, but then was told to call another number to confirm. I called that number and they couldn't find any blocks and told me to call another number. At that point, I gave up because I wouldn't trust any information I receive from this service.
Lindsey worked with us for a late hotel booking, and even got us a discount! Kudos
Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
