Excellent! Got my hotel stay all planned for a lot less money than expected!

Called about a block reservation and she was extremely rude. She got frustrated and hung up on me.

Zoila provided great assistance in making a reservation to the Florida State History Fair in Tallahassee!

Assistance was fast and helpful, all information was sent to me confirming immediately

Brandon was very helpful. He was explaining some things and then we were disconnected! I tried calling 5 different times and could not get back to the hotel….I will try another number and see if that works. Very poor connection service!

Chaos at DFW. Hundreds, if not thousands, with cancelled flights and in need of hotels. Amanda scoured local hotels until finally finding one. Very friendly, helpful and persistent beyond expectations! Just great!

Great 😃 It was awesome experience when I finally got the answer I needed

Initially I was over the moon with customer service. They found me a room last minute, booked it with a confirmation email and text message the day of the concert in Ashland Ky. Drove from Cincinnati, OH to Grayson KY about 20 miles from Ashland. The hotel they booked for me has been booked since November of last year! Drove home, missed concert because we had no place to get ready 3 hrs away!

Easy quick got questions answered in a timely fashion

So you can't even ask what's available or explain anything about your company. Because I said a room was too expensive for that one night, and give no other options and explain how good your hotel is hmm you would never work for me that's for sure.
I would try not to be so dismissive, life is a circle.

I might have wanted to come down there and rent the entire month for three rooms. Never would I ever try that now

I made a reservation early morn. No grumpiness or hurried interaction. Very polite and courteous. I appreciated that as I've done this type of work as well. God bless!
