I called back because the person I talked to you in the morning never gave my message to Wendy. She gave me the phone number to reach Wendy. Zion was very pleasant and helpful. I got the last room that was allocated to our team so it was good I called back and got Zion who helped me get to the right person. Kudos to Zion for her help
I travel a lot for my job. Making reservations sometimes can be painful. But Jennifer made it great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Awful👎🏽I parked my car at Sheraton on April 25. After returning from my trip this evening I needed a shuttle ride from BWI after a long flight. I asked the rep about information re: shuttle bus service and was redirected to a damn website to find out about the hotel's shuttle service. Awful that she couldn't even provide me a telephone for the shuttle service. Her answer? Go to a website. Really!?

Making reservations over the phone with Kimberly was excellent. She was able to find a discounted room rate for us.

Offer $289 per night when the website said $161 without a AAA membership. Waste of time calling them.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
