For one there is no jacuzzi for two the parking is $30 per night which is very expensive and then for a queen size bedroom for overnight on $500 that's a little bit too much for one queen size bedroom for overnight the price is very overpriced and looking at those reviews from certain people I don't think I'll be coming there spending my money and then going to turn around then want me to call customer service that wouldn't be fair to me as being a member of the Hilton

I spoke with Grace about reservations at the Riversage Billings Inn and when there were no rooms available, she went above and beyond to find us a room. I so appreciated her help.

I am a Senior 84 yo. Trying to book a room in St Joseph. Initial location no vacancy plus person I spoke to wasn't helpful. Called back later and forecasted. She searched different alternatives and found me exactly what I needed in a location convenient to my travel. Friendly, helpful, professional and easy to understand. I'd give her 5 stars.
