Called to make a reservation and was greeted warmly, arrangements were made promptly and very efficiently. I asked about possibility of checking in early since I am traveling with a disabled senior who needs to rest and was told to check in when we arrived and they would try to accommodate us. A nice refreshing response rather than just a NO!

This room was barely adequate overall but when I spoke to the manager about the broken toilet he promised he would address it. Checking out this morning I told him the toilet still wouldn't flush and was constantly running. I had to take the back off the toilet and pull the chain to get it to flush so I wouldn't smell it all night! I am not a plumber and the manager responded with maintenance had checked it out and the toilet was working fine. Very disappointed in the way this situation was not handled. I feel that I am entitled to a partial refund on these charges
When talking to the agent, I was informed that I didn't have a reservation anywhere. I was beginning to think I had booked somewhere else. We drove to the hotel and there was a reservation in my name!
Booked a room for two nights because of a car problem. The hotel eye was significantly above what was advertised on line.
