This was the best experience I've had making a reservation! Lindsey was sooo helpful! We have a child with autism and she was so helpful getting us help we needed. This is the way service should be!

Jennifer and all the staff was so nice and accommodating! The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Went to a funeral traveled for ten hours and couldn't have a better experience! Will be back thank you comfort inn.The breakfast was so good.

Megan was very helpful in finding me a room. She was patient and a pleasure to talk to. I seldom travel or use hotels. She found a very reasonable inn near our route.
The lady was very nice and very helpful along with very knowledgeable
Zion did a great job and was very pleasant and very helpful in giving me info about the hotel room Inwas trying to secure in Columbia, MD. It didn't work out because the hotel was sold out, but she did help me find a number to call the hotel directly, the hotel is a site used by the IMPACT IndoMalay Conference.
