Looking online there was no published number for the renaissance Arboretum in Austin. It was only the reservation line. Hugo immediately text the number I needed without asking. Thank you for the fast and courteous response Hugo.
Asked if it's pet friendly, he said it was. I ordered 2 queen beds. And the reservation in for 1 adult, where it's for me, wife and child with a dog.
I made reservation but was directed to Hotel Planner. Worst of the worst services. Most of the agents I found out works remotely, and will not take blame or mistake made, instead they give you unfulfilled promises (LIES). When you demand to speak to their supervisor, none will be available. I was promised full refunds, and after waited more than 45 days, got a voucher. I reported this to my Credit Card, but Credit Card cannot get the refund, because it said non refundable. Even if its cancelled right after the email confirmations. My cancellation was made within 10 minutes of the email confirmations, but still It was deem non refundable. I called everyday for about 3 weeks. Good luck calling the coporate head office in Florida. You WILL NOT get an answer from the phone number listed. This by far was the worst ever I had experience with a vacation.
I dont trust them, and yet, they gave me a voucher of my fee, and make me do another reservation with them. I think I will just burn that Reservation and instead advising all of you instead.
Do Not, I repeat, Do Not make any reservation with this company. You will regret it. Enjoy your vacation with another company, but do not make the same mistake I have made.
My experience was easy and handled extremely professionally. My questions were all answered and reservations were made easily.
Brandon took the time to search sister hotels in the local area to find one in my price range. I asked him if there were availability at the Holiday Inn across from the mall and he said no. He set me up at a Extended Stay. When we drove up lots of people just hanging out outside, kids playing ride along in desk chairs, and the place just looked like a dump. We never checked in. We went to Holiday Inn Express on Skibo Rd which was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
Humberto was both very personable and informative as he guided us through selecting and paying for our room in advance of our stay. We are looking forward it!

She was easy to understand and very polite. Made sure I understood everything correctly.
When I mentioned that the price quoted from was higher than Marriott and Hilton. The gentleman hung up on me.
Kraig was very helpful! We needed a room for a medical procedure we were having the next day and he was able to accommodate us very well.
A last minute reservation on Mother's Days weekend had me worried but Mildred worked her magic. She provided excellent customer service and found the perfect room
Jennifer was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me in getting our reservation.
She was super helpful! I appreciated it! I was stressed and she was kind and helped me out!
The rep was very rude, disrespectful, and pushy. Asking her questions was very difficult and frustrating.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
