Hace más de una hora que hice una reserva, el sistema no me dio ningún número de referencia y no me llegó ningún e-mail de confirmación. Al intentar recuperar los datos reingresando a la página no solo no lo consigo, sino que el sistema no me indica nada acerca de una reserva anterior mía y me dice que no queda disponibilidad de habitaciones para esa fecha. Necesito saber si entró la reserva con urgencia, ya que tuve que anular otra reserva en este hotel por otra página porque hoteling ofrecía mejor precio, y en caso de no haber concretado esta, haría mi reserva nuevamente por la otra página. Además, desde ya, dejé los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito y quisiera tener la seguridad de que si no se concretó la reserva, no me la facturen. POR LO QUE VEO, EL SISTEMA NO ESTÁ FUNCIONANDO BIEN Y NO ES EN ABSOLUTO CONFIABLE.

Found best rate for a great hotel in St Pete beach, FL. Called the hotel a couple weeks after booking half expecting to hear that they couldn't find a reservation. They did though and when I arrived yesterday, no hidden charges. Not sure how they got the rate so much lower than competitors but I'll keep and eye on them for future bookings.

The booking process was fine but I was very disappointed to learn that I got charged an international conversion rate either though I booked it in AUD dollars

Let me explain, that Hoteling is registered in Spain, and unfortunately some banks assume it's Spain located company so they charge an international conversion rate. Please contact your bank to clarify it with them. I hope it helps.

I was told I should expect a refund. But never got one, when I emailed, they tell me I don't qualify for refund because it was less than a week. But I had just booked it. Never again use them.

We are able to provide attractive and competitive rates, because of our strict cancellation policy in the contracts with our suppliers. The taxes weren't shown upfront WAY before I got to the confirm purchase page. It would be nice to see what the ACTUAL price of a hotel stay will be with taxes included.

I booked and got an excellent rate for 2 double beds. When I got to the hotel they said that only a king bed was booked which was not as agreed and I had to pay more money. After negotiation I ended up paying an extra $20 which is not a large amount but was still not what was agreed. A little disappointed to be honest.

I made a reservation, had to cancel, sent an email, got a refund. It was all done easily. I think the fee for cancelling 2 weeks in advance was too high.

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
