Booking our accommodation was easy and rightfully priced using hoteling. The hotel is dated in terms of decor, but still elegant and charming. Most importantly, it was very clean, no smells, no mold or broken tiles, and very friendly and courteous personnel... great location that allows for short walks to everything we wanted to do and to subways. I think the hotel was what I needed and at the right price.

It was wonderful expirence until the last night when I pulled back the sheets and found bed bugs. They didn't refund my nights of stay but the comp my resort fees and I got my whole dep back I still think That is ridclous being a 4 star hotel if I would have known that would Have went somewhere else.

I booked the hotel on the evening of Monday 18th January for a September holiday, on Tuesday 19th I looked at the reviews and started panicking. I contacted Hoteling.com by email and received a response within an hour telling me it could take a couple of days to get the confirmation from the hotel.
By Wednesday I was really getting jittery and at 11.30 I contacted the hotel reception directly who told me they did not have the booking. I contacted by email Hoteling.com again asking what was going with my booking. I received an email within two minutes telling me to check my email as my booking confirmation was there. I sent a copy of the confirmation to the hotel asking if they had received this and was told the TRH Hotel were looking forward to seeing us in September.
So I booked late on Monday evening and had full confirmation and reservation number by lunchtime on the Wednesday. Absolutely perfect in my book.

Tengo detalles con mis reservas he hablado en varias ocasiones a España y no me dan solución, tengo 2 reservaciones con 2 habitaciones y cuando hablo al hotel solo aparece una habitación, necesito que me ayuden con este caso, el hotel me indica que la agencia debe de resolver este detalle y no lo han resuelto, con que persona puedo hablar sobre esta situación?, marco al numero de atención a clientes y marca fuera de servicio. I send many mails and you told me that every thing Will be ok BUT every day I have to pay one night! Almost 2 months ago I booked a reservation for a hotel in Maui that was going to be for this Saturday (1/16). When finally looking back into the details in preparation for my trip I could not find the confirmation email for my booking, for which I had a credit card charge come through on 11/27. After searching and calling the hotel to see if they had my reservation and trying to use the horrible website "contact us" section that required a booking reference number (which I did not have since I did not have a confirmation email), I started to become a bit unsettled. After quite a bit more investigation I finally found a refund on my credit card statement many days after my initial charge for the amount that I had paid for the booking.
First, it is ridiculous how difficult it was to find a phone number or email address to even try to contact this site, and second, it is INEXCUSABLE that you would refund my booking without any sort of notification. I wound up having to book a hotel tonight that was double the cost of the one I thought I booked through your site due to the short notice.
I'm doubt there is any way for hoteling.com to rectify this ludicrous mistake, but even still, on principle and for my own peace of mind, I had to let others know that I am extremely unhappy with this service and will make sure that anyone I talk to does not use hoteling.com. I will be posting negative reviews of my experience anywhere I can to warn others of these deceiving practices. Your sham of a site and horrible treatment of your customers is despicable.

On November 12,2015, I made reservation through Hoteling.com at what they advertised on their Website as a 4star hotel for November 25-12/01/2015. The hotel at its best was a 1 star hotel. I tried contacting Hoteling.com with response. The manager at the hotel was very nice and issued a credit for 2 nights for my inconvenient. However I was told that I needed to contact Hoteling.com to finalize the credit. I have contacted this agency on several occasion, as of January 14,2016, I have not received this credit. This agency is a RIP OFF!

I made my booking with Hoteling.com but didn't receive my confirmation straight away so looked up the reviews on this site and began to panic! I emailed hoteling and then the next morning they responded with my confirmation. I doubled checked with the hotel and I am all good to go! No need for stress and a really really awesome deal!

Hoteling offered a good deal for a hotel that I wanted at a reasonable rate TO PAY IN ADVANCE. The reservation went thru and my credit card was charged. However, the hotel has no reservation under my name and Hoteling keeps emailing me that they will contact the hotel BUT 4 DAYS HAVE PASSED and there is no good outcome. Hoteling WILL NOT survive if this frauds keep on going. Consumers MUST JOIN against this company based in Spain but operating worldwide with personnel not speaking good English, the only phone number requires international calling and frankly I think their business model is to scam people.
It is over 15 days and Hoteling is not responding my emails. This is the most unethical company I ever to do business with.
The hotel has confirmed my reservation is not in their system because they are full for those days. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Was a nightmare. They asked me for a copy of my credit card and passport once they had already charged the money to my credit card. The reason according to them was there was an issue with my payment. The only issue was the hotel never received the money. They drove me crazy. There is only one telephone number so an international very expensive call was made. They told me all was fine but still i kept on receiving emails asking for more personal information. So I canceled the reserve and they charged me,
I have to pay a penalty because the service is beyond poor. They made me waste my money in international phone calls and penalties. I travel a lot and something like that never happened to me before.

I'm really sorry that this has happened to you. Unfortunately, sometimes we need to confirm payment and that's why we ask for more card details. It usually happen when you book via our website for different country than yours. We make a reservation as soon as possible after your booking, however sometimes we have difficulties with obtaining confirmation from hotel.
We inform about our charges during booking process and by making a payment you confirm that you agree and accept them.

Thank you very much for contacting us here. I've found your booking and I can see that we've already sent the request to our Finance Department to proceed the refund, so you should receive the money back on your account shortly.
The reason why we've cancelled your booking is that you've booked on the Hoteling website dedicated for US customers. We have different channels for different countries, and it states in our policy that you need to book on the page dedicated for the country you live in.

Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
