Pending booking

Had an error while using the payment screen . Still have a pending charge on my card but no flight confirmation. Tried to contact customer support but still no answer so I decided to try and book again . This time it went through all the way and I got my booking but at a higher price than my original transaction. Hopper has been great up until now . Needs better customer support. Hopefully this first transaction doesn't go through

Timing is off

Good features and convenient to use. However: I just lost a lot of money by obeying the wait signal. Flight was $400, then $440, and it said Wait. When it finally went to Buy, I clicked on it and now the tickets were over $500! What the heck? Hopper: please add the ability to review a graph to the projected price path. Every time the price changes, I could review the projected curve and make an informed decision, weighing wait time against the risk of the prediction. You could also add your confidence in the price, the further out you go.

Easy to use and reliable for watching flight prices for you. I tried to buy a flight through this and never received confirmation. I reached out to support and never heard back. My flight and money was refunded and I bought the ticket separately. Great ap. Poor customer service.

Great app. Just writing a review to say I'm getting a bug where I'm notified a flight is at a low price and I should buy, but when I click into the app it says to wait. Looked for a way to report this internally but couldn't find one.

I had an over seven (7) hour overlay in Puerto Rico. I believe this could have been avoided if you had tried another airline. Seven hours is just too long to wait for a connecting flight.

Upset
November 15, 2019

Used the freeze option to freeze a price. When I went back to pay for the ticket it told me there was no ticket. So I had to buy a different ticket that was about $400 more. Then the next day I checked the freezes ticket out of curiosity apparently I can buy it again?? Tried to contact customer service within 24 hours to see why That happened . Tried multiple times and it's been 3days with no reply.

Love freeze option

I really appreciate Hopper for best service. I love freeze option. I have used Hopper multiple times to reserve flight for my trip to India. I highly recommend Hopper for to reserve flights. Hopper is the best. I never had any issues with Hopper. Good luck everyone!

I have been chasing my refund for the last 11 days, though the policy is 7-10 days.
Chat line has been unavailable for the period. The phone number references the down chat line, and emails bounce back.
A week into the dilemma, received an apology letter for not processing my refund... still waiting but no more communication from the company!
Be cautious with this unresponsive company!

Horrible Customer Service

I honestly don't take the time to write reviews but when a company is providing horrible customer service to their consumers. People need to know. You would think of the CEO came up with this company he would hire a staff of people to answer calls. Good luck if you're expecting a response from their "live 24/7 chat" thats a joke. It will take up to a week to receive any kind of a response.

Hopper attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
