Hopper is officially my go-to for all of my travel bookings. For the last year, I've booked domestic and international trips with the help of new favorite app! It's almost like a fun game tracking all of my potential flights and trips. My only wish is that Southwest was incorporated!
Hi, I'd first like to say this is a great application. I use it frequently and love all of the features it provides. However, there's a few things I noticed lacking from the service. There's no referral option, which would be SICK, and it's hard to tell people about it without sharing an App Store link.
I've also noticed some long load times when generating new page content, not sure why this happens but it harms the user experience IMO. If I, for example, load a flight and the info, you would think that the results would be cached either on device or on server, but it doesn't appear to be the case. Instead, it re fetches every time I load the info and as a result, have to wait again if I ever navigate from the app.
I like the design though, that's what keeps me coming back. It's clear that the UX engineers have a very keen understanding of making a cohesive product, and that's really neat. Also the predictive model that you use is good, but needs some tuning as well. Sometimes it's estimates are wildly under what is actually displayed. Also the utilization of historical data to give a pseudo-birds-eye-view of what prices may be like for a given time period could also use some work. I work in data science and these should be pretty straightforward models to create. Other than that super solid app, just some criticism for the engineers!

Like look, whomever you are genius of the universe for creating such a thoughtful app you deserve a noble prize. Thank you for allowing me to help people unite with family that they'd deemed unfathomable prior. This makes being a kind human so much more realistic to a small budget big heart kid like myself.
I froze a fare less than 2 days ago and tried to book the flight. I kept getting an error. I was instructed to wait and try again. I did...several times and continued to get an error. Finally I went in and booked as though it was new and secured a flight for $30 more. I'm disappointed in the process.
I booked a flight to Abu Dhabi. However, I was notified of a better flight schedule and cheaper. I was afraid to make the changes without talking to an actual person. Thankfully, it all worked out. My refunds have been issued, and I am a happy girl/customer. Thank you Rosie and all the other reps who assisted me.
I use this app all the time ! They have great customer service . I enjoy using this app because it's straight forward . It helps you save some money! ;)
The hopper app is a great app for flight bookings! They allow you to put a Price freeze on a flight for up to 48 hours and if the price goes up during that time, they will reimburse you the difference! Also customer service team is excellent :)
This app has helped me several times. It's actually easier to purchase through the app itself, rather then to go through the airlines page. I was always worried about that particularly. Now I'm just going to use the app! Thank you for helping us save lots of money and still getting to vacation !!
Many things I like about this app. The fact it sea marches prices for me, it gives me good advice when to book. Offers travel insurance from third parties. Relatively lower and competitive price. My big beef is I paid to freeze 6 price tickets. When I went to book (which was well within the 48-hr time frame) 6 tickets were no longer available at the price I paid to freeze 6 tickets. I was very disappointed that the 6 tickets I paid to freeze were not available. The price was only available for 3 tickets. Needless to say I paid higher prices 40.00 plus per ticket. That sucked!
You guys have been "there" for me and my family in the best and worst times of our lives. For wonderful long vacations and unexpected next day (not too happy) trips... thank you so so much!

It updates prices promptly and sends you alerts, and finds prices that only airline official sites have but Expedia and Priceline don't.
At least this just happened to me. Was holding my $210 flight in American Airlines app and about to buy it (you can hold the price in AA app for a day). Have been looking at the prices all day. Suddenly got an alert of a $112 flight while I was having dinner, instantly checked Priceline and Expedia but can't find that price, but it's real as I checked the official app and instantly booked it.
I booked a trip with hopper several months ago. The Airline cancelled the flight. The representatives from Hopper worked diligently to help accommodate me.

I've been using Hopper App for a long time. I opted for the price freeze. It's new so I was hesitant at first. So when I decided to book the flight I selected and there was a problem, I was frustrated. Although it took a while for you guys to respond, Bahar and Sonia did an awesome job of sorting things out for me. I was able to book the flight I selected and paid the original price. Now I just have to wait and see when I will get the my refund. I will amend this review when I get it.

If the prices and intuitive analytics aren't good enough for you, then the user experience will be. I saved hundreds on travel to and from college using Hopper and I'd highly recommend that everyone take a look into this app!
I would always struggle to get flights and get so stressed but with this I found a flight crazy cheap in literally 10 min, it's so easy, so fast, I love this and will continue to use it
I have not purchased a ticket yet, but love the feature that it gives me price change updates and also recommends as to whether or not it is a good deal.
