Booked a flight but accidentally booked a leg with a 12hr layover. That was my bad. Stayed online for assistance and the rep asked me to rebook the flight for one I wanted. Then transferred me to another agent who then wanted $50 for cancellation fee for the 1st flight. I am still currently double booked for the flights.
This agency offers tickets for a good price, however their customer service is non existent, which in this age of flight cancelations puts this agency on DO NOT USE list. My international flight got bumped in a way that our connection is not working any more and out agent has a mysterious team who is sending an email to the airlines and response may take forever as they have no policy about when to repeat or abandon the request for rebooking so the seat on the flights will be surely gone.
Unfortunately one airline is not able too rebook tickets of the other so I'm stuck now with HOP2 people who don't care about their customers. I asked to speak with the agent superior or manager and the agent refused to connect me. This is the only service company where customers who are your business are not allowed to speak to managers and put the complain in.
Do not use, eventually you will waste a lot of time, money, and nerves. The savings they provide are just not worth it.

I booked a flight trough them and even payed for trip protection. Now they are fighting me and trying to get out of refunding my money for a cancelled fight. The flight had a layover in a country that was shut down do to covid and no one informed me till i got to the airport. I have spent several hours on the phone mostly trying to get ahold of someone and they keep giving me the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Book my trip back in march 22 and Air France canceled first leg of trip (they sold me no existing flight AF2740) called Hop2 countless time to resolve problem, countless time on their online chat, WE ARE WORKING ON IT DON'T WORRY
End up renting a car to drive 5hr from home to second leg of my trip to actually start my trip.!
Hop2 customer service is the worst I have dealt with in last 20 yrs and I'm flying every year to Europe from USA

Prior to purchase, web site very clearly said tickets on Lufthansa were "Economy Basic." Once purchased Lufthansa web site said they are actually "Economy Lite." Customer Service refused to make this good and issue a 100% refund. I contacted them immediately after the tickets showed up on Lufthansa's web site, but they insist on keeping a $50/ticket proces fee. They are basically refusing to honor the terms if their web site.
This could be simply bad customer service or a simple bait and switch. Either way, they get to keep the "processing fee" while failing to deliver the promised product.

Trying to get help from this site/business is useless! I purchased 2 tickets and insurance through them. We ran into an issue regarding our flight, no error of ours. We were not able to make our flight because of a problem at our second layover. I called to speak to an agent and after 1 hour on hold i hung up. I emailed them explaining what happened. I received a call back 6 hours later informing me that my tickets are non refundable. I told the person that's fine i have insurance to cover my trip. She daid my insurance dosen't cover missed flights and no voucher or credit would be given! I asked why did i spend $177 on insurance then? She explained it was for emergency only? Well this seems like an emergency to me! Waste of time and money! I will tell everybody that i know in the military to stay away from this agency! If you want to deal with people who's first language is not English, and don't give a crap about you or your money then by all means use them. It seems all they are paid to do is say no and then hang-up on you! Complete joke!

Do not bother buying the flex ticket it means nothing. You can not change your flight with them and they ask you for a ridiculous amount of money to rebook or to change the date. Do not book with them. Biggest mistake.

First of all, any positive reviews are definitely from the site and not authentic. Any mentions by name of people who provided a great experience are fake. They all have American names, and the people in the call centers are definitely in India. HOWEVER, most of the people you will speak with in the call centers are really doing their best to help you and are thoughtful and caring. It is not their fault. But their hands are tied. They CANNOT HELP you. My family's flights were completely screwed up at the last minute, we lost a day of our vacation, had to pay for a hotel in a city we never intended on flying through, and I spent hours and hours on the phone attempting to prevent this. We got to the airport and actually had no seats despite the emails and even what the American Airlines app said. And the airlines couldn't even help us because of the way Hop2 handles tickets. Please just pay more and go directly through the airlines and avoid this heartache. It isn't worth it. I've never in my life written a review on travel, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

If you will book with them you will go trough hell. Ten days before I leave for Italy I booked in May and I still need my tickets. This is worst than a scam. You think you'll save money but no. PLEASE DONT SCHEDULE WITH THEM it will be the worst mistake of your life.

1. It was 3 bucks cheaper but many hidden charges
2. Every inquiry (cancel, refund, itinerary change), has to be done by phone calls and cant be done on the website. Although the website and customer service said "click xxx on the website once you submit that request everything will be executed through phone calls. The phone calls are long and a couple of times they happen at 2:30 am my time
3. I bought "flexible tickets" with $62 fees but it does not mean I can change my flights with no fee. Despite the website saying:
"Flexible tickets (also called 'Flexi flights' and 'open tickets') are named due to their special allowances and perks. For example, when purchasing a flexible ticket option, you automatically get the opportunity to make changes to the booked flight departure date and time without being overcharged by airlines."
And
"How You Can Benefit from This Option
If you wish to rebook a ticket to another departure date or time, you'll only pay the difference for the new fare.
When the price of the new booking is the same or even lower than the previous one, you'll not have to pay any costs.
There's no need to cover any additional charges, such as airline or processing fees, to make date or time changes.
The customer service told me:
"Dexter:
For making the changes there will be the fees that will be apply, fare difference exchange fee and airline penalty "
4. The agent are never friendly and often not professional. Once I canceled my flight due to family emergency and booked a new one. I got $15 refund offered through their website during the cancellation and later they called and basically rejected their own offer and told me Im not gonna get any refund. I asked why because the website said it will give me $15. The agent said" Ma'am, ma'am its my job to tell you" "I told you I will change you ticket why did you cancel" speaking as if I was a child.

It's a good thing I went with hop2 travel. Their assistance was critical and timely during the commotion caused by all of the cancelled flights.
My family and I were stranded in another country. They swiftly found us another ticket, which was a little more expensive but got us home safely.

I booked a trip to Greece they paid for my first 2 flights but not the 3rd one. I got all the way to Athens which is 1 flight away from my final destination chania greece and my flight was canceled. I went to the airlines desk in Athens and was told hop 2 didn't pay for my flight so it was canceled and I would have to pay for another to get there and get back to Athens. Hop 2 will not refund me my money because they say this isn't possible. So now I am out the money I gave them to book my flight in the first place and the extra I had to pay for the new flights. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THEM

I was booking tickets last night and it showed a price of $5058 and then when I was processing it was $*******. How is that possible, thank God my card was declined. I nearly had a heart attack. Beware of them, they will take the good out of booking a vacation for you and your family
