I bought a ticket with a cheaper price from Hop2 than the airline official website was selling the same ticket. Great... I will always start my search for ticket on hop2 when it is time to travel... No web site could beat their price for my destination.
Upon my reservation, I noticed a delay in email confirmation. After sending an email to make sure whether my reservation had been confirmed, they immediately got back to me with the confirmation. At a later date, I had a question regarding the luggage allowance, and sure enough they answered my email promptly ad well.
I made a reservation to fly to Panama in January 2017 & your agent, Andy or Eddward, I forgot his name, was very helpful. He tried to help me with a return flight from Costa Rica as well but the times available didn't work out. He was very professional & definitely went the extra mile to help me out. Because of him I'd use you again.
It has been wonderful working with Tim... he responds quickly and gets things done. There was a computer glitch with our tickets... he and his associates are most helpful and in process of getting it resolved. Five stars for sure!
I must say it was good choice dealing with hope for the first time. I am satisfied.
The person helping me was very quick to respond and make changes as necessary. I give them 4 stars because there were many issues with my confirmation. First, i was sent a completely incorrect itinerary, then the incorrect price was shown, and finally the arrival dates were incorrect. Bane worked quickly to resolve each issue.
This was the worst booking experience I have ever had. Not only were my reservation details inaccurate, including the spelling of my name, but the staff was rude and arrogant when I called to have my information corrected! Even arguing that my name (which I certainly know how to spell), was correct when it clearly was not. It took 2 calls to the airline and 4 to Hop2 to get my middle name added so the details matched my passport. Even now, my middle name remains part of my first name and is repeated again as my middle name. I gave up for now, but I still have to get this resolved before I travel so I don't have any problems with security. Do yourself a favor, use experienced travel professionals at travel sites that have been around for a long time.
Good pricing on tickets. Fast replys on questions. Still would like to have seen a comment on the fact we could not choose seats without paying additional fees.

By our experience, charging customers for pre-selected seating is one of the latest practices most of the airlines do for international flights, and most of them manage to accommodate only few of the travelers for the fee.
Therefore, we do highly encourage our customers to provide us with their seat preferences, being that aisle, window, in front or back of the plane, and then we are able to document the reservation with a special service remark that is going to inform the airport agents about your preferences.
Although such practice isn't to guarantee a specific seat number, it is to still help our customers get the as close as possible service during the flight.

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline. Dear Aisha A, I'm sorry to learn about your experience and this is to express my apologies due to inconveniences and confusion caused.
The appeared issue with traveler's middle name being spelled along with first name, and missing space in between is due to the fact that the distribution systems most of the carriers are using aren't allowing such spacing by default.
Therefore, even if the name is added from our side, as you requested initially, it would still be looking as if the first and middle names are connected.
In fact, the carrier's agents at the airport counter desks are well aware of described by you issue, and are going to cause no inconveniences during the check-in.
To also mention, that each reservation, by US law, is being documented with a such called TSA remark, for the customs/boarder agents with traveler's full name, date of birth and gender. And while on carrier's side the names are to show connected, this is to assure you that there the data which appears there is perfectly matching the information you did provided us with.
