Got airfare that was 50% cheaper than what United, American and Delta offered.
Only negative was that I had to pay extra to secure seats so that my wife and I can sit together. That would be a problem if the prices were closer to the Airlines mentioned.
Before I booked, I tried to read all of the fine print and did not see anywhere that said securing seats at time of ticket purchase may cost extra dollars.
I bought ticket from this site because they have the cheapest tickets available. I will definitely check their website again for future purchases..
I have more than 12 hr transit but I did not get hotel. It is much better if travel agency clarify this thing before the ticket issued.
Simple and easy to work and do ticket reservation through Hop2
Hop2 was transparent about providing the exact same price as the UnitedHealth airlines website plus their administration fee.
The main benefit was that Hop2 allowed me to pay in USD at my Bank's exchange rate, rather the new other websites that forced me to pay in my local currency at a much worse exchange rate.

Dealt with a guy named Dave. We had a crisis with regards to a flight ticket from Miami to Cape Town that could not be utilized although it was paid for and booked. Dave changed the ticket from one airline to another with a total different route within 3 hours! I have only praise for the manner our crisis was dealt with. Very professional!

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
