PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I arrived at the airport the day of my flight and almost was not able to get on my flight because Hop2 hadn't properly entered all of my information. My flights were changed drastically on the way home and Hop2 was completely unwilling to work with me. They were extremely rude on the phone and told me to send my request via email, to which I received a generic, unpersonalized response. Additionally, I sent multiple other emails with questions to which I received zero response. If your trip is at all important to you, use a different booking agency. I have never been so disgusted by an experience with a company as I have with this one.
DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT, purchase from these people... it IS too good to be true. We purchased r/t air from LAX to London through Hop2. Our return flight from Paris (Paris to London - included in our purchase) was cancelled and they nor the airline notified us, so we were stuck! Missed our London to LAX return flight and were shoehorned into a nightmare Delta flight through Atlanta! Nightmare flight and not what we paid for. When I tried to get answers, by email, phone and chat - chat was the only way, they didn't return my emails or phone calls - they just blamed the airline... my receipt shows I paid them for travel, but they could not answer or provide any solutions on our behalf. Don't book through these people... the price is tempting and they are trying to pass off as legit... there's a reason why Expedia or any of the other big fish have not swallowed these minnows. They're toxic! Buyer beware.
Ordered 4 round trip tickets from ICN to SFO. After over 6 hours finally received info from the billing department that they were processing my order. Shortly after received an email stating that the airline had canceled my reservation which was an absolute lie as I had been in touch with the airline throughout the day to check if a reservation had been created under my name (it hadn't). Also included in the email is that the price went up which was the real reason for the cancellation. They just didn't want to honor the price. Well since I obviously didn't order tickets from anywhere else thinking I already had some, I'm out alot of money due to the price increase. Do NOT order anything from this company, use your money elsewhere and get your tickets in a timely manner and at the advertised price.

Obviously I was not used to this type of service. They are always looking for the best option for you and booking went very well and smoothly. I would definitely used them again.

My husband and I travel quite a bit and this is the WORST experience I have ever had with anyone in this industry, or any company period. They mixed up my middle name and last name and ACCUSED me of making this mistake (my husband's name was fine and my middle name is a last name so it was clearly a mistake in their process/communication to the airline). They had the audacity to charge us $260 for a new ticket! They backed us into a corner so we had to pay $260 for a new ticket or double that to cancel both our tickets and then rebook directly with the airline. $260 for THEIR MISTAKE!
Their customer service was even worse than having to pay the additional $260. I waited on hold for 30 mins and then an hour and 15 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERED. I was promised Tim would call me for 3 days and he never called or answered an email. Danika LAUGHED at me on the phone and was overall extremely rude.
At this point I would rather pay double to book through another site than ever work with them again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I booked a ticket through them and was not informed when the airlines canceled a leg of the flight. I only found out when I called to try and upgrade our international flight class four days before departure. United saved the day by getting us on a flight the day before. When I emailed HOP2 to get to the bottom of it, they refused to answered questions and picked to respond to the already booked flight by United claiming nothing was wrong. Their customer service is the WORST if anything goes off plan with your flight. I have had two personal experiences and made the mistake of booking this second time. I had a friend stranded in Africa on a HOP2 flight two months ago. I moved from the email to chat to try and speak to a representative and the guy just left the chat no explanation and a different agent took over. I finally got on the phone with the manager who told me to verify with United that the itineraries they sent me were legit... He eventually gave us 100 dollars off our next HOP2 booking as compensation. Never going to use it or book with them again. I have emails and chat histories spanning across two days and over an hour of live chat trying to get to the bottom of this.
I Love that it was fast and efficient.

I booked my flight for 500 $. It was never confirmed and after going to the airport i was told that my ticket was not claimed by hop2. I paid 800$ and got my ticket. Is there a way to use this company.

Im going to travel with my 80 years old mom who is sick. I searched and found unbeatable price at Hop2 travel. However, when I got the confirmation email, I found a problem of my reservation. So I called to Hop2 travel for help, they responded me quickly and solved the problem right away. They really listened and treated me and my mom like a family. The customer service is the worlds best. Special thank to Norah and Dave. God bless Hop2 travel.
The team reached out to us to let us know that there were direct flights available to our destination for the same price. Thanks to them we can now spend less time traveling and more time on vacation!
The staff failed to verify my card information in time even though I provided my phone number and e mail. As a result I had to reach out to them and ask what is going on. They notified me that the price of the booking I made and they confirmed has increased because they failed to verify my payment and book my flight. They were so helpless and useless, saying they cant do anything. Even had the audacity to offer me an "alternative" that was much more expensive than what I originally booked. Totally useless site that will only waste your time

I'm having troubles with my payment. I booked already, and my bank said they're waiting for Hop2 to claim the amount. However, Hop2 says my card was declined. I called my bank about 2 - 3 times and they say my card is okay. Anyone similar? What can I do?

I purchased my ticket online, where I chose Hop2 because it had the best pricing. However, what I wasn't expecting was a follow up email suggesting an alternative flight (same details but one hour earlier), which was priced $30 cheaper. This was prior to issuing the ticket. I emailed back and had instant responses.
They found the flight in record time-Thank You Polly.
They got back to me within 2hours now that's service!
Despite a complicated security check for third party card, our bookings with Hop2 Travel have been excellent! In both cases an even better plan has been offered for the same price or less. The ticketing is perfect (confirmation and ticket number confirmed with the airline) and invoicing is very good, clear and effective. Thanks a lot! The letterhead for the invoice could wear a footer with more details about Hop2, but the most important is correctly displayed so all is well. Great job!

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
