Close call

British Airways cancelled a flight and I was freaking out because they didn't have any answers for me. HOP2 was always available via chat and resolved/re-booked the missing leg of my reservation within 24-hours. Very happy with their communication throughout, it put me at ease.

We booked tickets online and somehow go one of the birthday days incorrect... this was unnoticed for several hours. I went online and was quickly connected to an online chat agent, they asked for our confirmation number, individuals name and DON. Within 2mins crisis was averted! Flint was very polite and helpful. THANK YOU!

Mary M of HOP2 Customer Service contacted me about a flight change and asked if was satisfactory. I wrote back and said it would not work as it would cause all four of us to miss work. Mary immediately found a better flight for all four of us that saved us from having to miss work the next day.

I have used Hop2 multiple times - mostly for International flights. I have never had a problem, found the prices very competitive, and the customer service excellent and very punctual. Recenlty, I had a scheduled flight changed by the airlines and Hop2 went out of their way to get me on a preferable alternative. I highly recommend them.

I had misspelling in the name during booking an airline ticket and I chatted with a representative on the live feed, She was very responsive and helpful and quickly corrected my error and she was really helpful and nice to deal with. It was a very good experience.

I had trouble for two days booking my ticket. On the second day, I sent a message to an agent, and Mia was quick to respond and explain the issue. Then she kept in contact with me by phone and email, and because of her help, I was able to purchase my ticket at a better price, and consequently secure my spot. She turned an unpleasant and frustrating experience into a quick resolve. She was very pleasant, professional, and vey competent.

Also, kudos to Cathy, she was the first agent with whom I had the pleasure of chatting. She left me an email with great information about my flight, then Mia took over.

Not everybody at Hop2 is as good as Mia B. Is. I first called another agent who could not make seat reservations or take the mileage card info. I was told that I had to call the airline. When I called back, everything seemed easy for Mia. Hope the flight will be as good as her service.

I recently had an issue regarding my trip to Europe. One of my flights was dropped due to insufficient time between connections. Hop2 solved my issue in less than a week. I was barely ever put on hold and the staff was kind and understanding. I am very satisfied with the customer service provided by Hop2 and recommend their services to all travelers.
