I got to it through skyscanner, even though the total number of reviews is low Hop2 didn't disappoint. Even though it's new, it looks more professional than other sites like Budget Air. Everything is easy to access and I can see all the information I need for my flight! Also, it's one of the only third party sites that enables direct communication so it reduces a lot of hassles

I am leaving on a flight in the middle of September and you were going to charge me a fee for a july 28 event... of which I have none.
Your ad stated I NEEDED to complete my account... assuming it was for the flight from Porto and back
No idea about this $19.00 charge... never asked for it and don't need it... I either go or loose my trip

Not only did they charge me $120 for the airline changing fee for changing my reservation (due to unexpected circumstances) but then an other $200 for the agency! Total rip off
