Just a warning. HD is using 3rd party delivery. Even though you pay up front for delivery fees, apparently the delivery drivers still get to choose whether they want the delivery or not and will submit bogus excuses as to why they refused to pick up delivery. I paid $9.00 to have 3 x 3.2 LB boxes delivered. Wood logs. At eh end of the delivery window I got a message from Home Depot that the delivery would not happen because either 1. Driver had a problem with 3.2 lb boxes or someone over 21 was not available to sign. ( I was available and you don't have to sign for wood delivery. Order even said no one had to be home.) When I call Home Depot, and wait 20 minutes for store to answer from their help desk, I was told "well we use 3rd party delivery now and I guess someone just didn't want to pick this up. Can I help you with something else.) Well there was a reason I needed same day delivery and I paid for it.
So do not place too much dependence or integrity on their delivery anymore. I've not had problems in the past. Unfortunate to see this store go to rot after spending so much money there over the years.
I have been a Home Depot Customer for nearly 30 years and have been relatively happy with them. However, I have made four online orders and every damn order has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered a shower door from online and the order was canceled before delivery. I re-ordered the door they said it would be in April 16,2023. Did NOT arrive. It came in four days later. I ordered shower tile, same damn thing, was supposed to be in the store on April 20,2023. Got an email saying it is in. Got to the stgore, they said not in will be in next week. 15 Minutes after AI left the store they called and sid the ile is in. Drove back to the store and it was there. Wen to to pick up my shower doors and they had the hardware for the door BUT NO THE DOORS. Last week I ordered 66 Bags of concrete to be delivered on Friday morning 5-19-23. Got an email saying they were unable to delivery the order as there was no one over 18 to sign. After 6 phone calls was finally told the order was NEVER put on the truck. Now the next delivery date is May 29,2023. So I cancelled the order and will be dealing with Lowes, Bernards or anyone other store rather than Home Depot. Absolute $#*! service
Order an item online and it was never delivered. When I called the customer service (which is automated attendant hell). They told me they could not figure out the issue but would have freight company call me, which they did. When they called, it was from wrong state, Home Depot had tagged order to wrong store, thus the issue. So the freight company could not help.
Back to the Customer Service line, another 15 minutes of waiting to be told to assist me they have now canceled my order, but I can go back online and order again. I refused and asked to do it over the phone to insure it was set up correctly this time. After providing all my information again, service person told me the item is now discontinued but I could select something else. At this point I gave up knowing their goal was not to help. I can see the item online, but now told it was discontinued.
They always find a way to not-perform.
Absolute worst customer service experience EVER in regards to delivery/install of a washer/dryer set
I don't know what's happened to your customer service in the last 5 years, but It never occurred to me that I would have to file a disputer with PayPal to achieve some kind of satisfaction. Your agents may be the most deceitful, incompetent group of liars I've ever been associated with.
Issues since delivery:
1. Home Depot scheduled the delivery for 5/5.
2.Home Deport cancelled the delivery, stating that they didn't have a truckbig enough to deliver the refrigerator
3. Home Depot rescheduled thedelivery.
4. Home Deport cancelled the delivery, stating that there was no

5.Home Depot delivered refrigerator but refused to take the old refrigerator because it wouldn't fit on truck.

Stating that it was a "built in" model, which it is not.
8. Based upon continued purposeful deception by Home Depot, called on 5/12 to request return of purchased refrigerator.

I recently had a delivery scheduled with Home Depot for a new washing machine, but I was left disappointed and frustrated with their service. The delivery men came and went without delivering my washer and without any warning or notification. I was at home and waiting for the delivery all day, they showed up and stated they would not deliver the washer upstairs, I said it was okay and for them to just leave in the living room as I would deal with moving it upstairs myself. They then started unboxing the washer in the middle of my driveway for some reason. When I asked why they would do this and increase the chance of it getting damaged as they bring it into the house, they threw it back on the truck while we were waiting for them inside and took off! When I called to inquire, they told me, the driver said it was a wrong item which is a lie, I was given little information and no apology. Just a cancelled order out of nowhere. The lack of communication, professionalism, and follow-through with support was unacceptable. I do not recommend Home Depot for anyone in need of reliable delivery service.

If I could put less stars down I would Home depo have lazy incompetent staff who hire out faulty equipment that you can't use and have no interest in fixing the problem.
We payed $280 to hire gear we couldn't use and now have to hire a person to do the job.
Waste of time and money do not use home depo for equipment hire they do not know what they are doing.

Got home started using to find broken part.
Went back to replace the broken part only to find the next day that one was broken as well.
They still charged us $280 for broken kit we couldn't use.
Home depot will not Uninstaller and haul away a customer dishwasher after they are the one who installed. Never buy any product that have to be install by them. Bad business
Order kitchen cabinets nothing but problems with sizes they don't fit several calls to corporate everyone has a different answer cant speak to a corporate mgr supposedly the store makes all the decisions never heard you couldn't return a product so I'm stuck with 7000 dollars of kitchen cabinets that doesn't work all I want is my money back but they wont take cabinets back

Tried getting My Military Discount at Home Depot. I was told I could only get a Military Discount with their app. I am BLIND IN MY LEFT EYE as of result of SERVING IN Viet-nam in the U.S.MARINES where I went on my 21st Birthday,yet Former Druggies Can BEG in Front. We made a telephone call to our local Home Depot and we're transfered due to the employee that answered the phone couldn't help us. The second employee also couldn't help us and was talking in circles and not making sense. This employee hung up on us.? Our issue still has not been resolved. A $900+ issue.
Had two 6 months no interest promotions. Paid one off that was to expire in a few days. They applied most of the payment to the one that was to expire a month later, and then moved almost the same amount to the one that was to expire sooner. The individual I talked with claimed I split it 50/50, which was a lie. If I had split it 50/50, there would have been balances left on both promotions. He claimed he spoke with some phantom person(s) and that's what they told him. He asked me to call back the day after the promotion expires, and they would remove the interest. Watch your statements and your payments on no interest for a specified time deals. It might be bait and switch.
My wife purchased a refrigerator and over the range microwave oven from Home Depot on 4/3/23. It's now 4/23/23 and we have not received our order. We called on 4/12/23,4/14/23, and 4/17/23. Each time we were told that they would perform a dock search and contact us in 24-48 hours. No one ever called. We called on 4/20/23 and were told that our items were lost and our delivery had been rescheduled for 4/28/23. I have zero confidence inHome Depot.

I went to HomeDepot in Eagan Minnesota and bought a over the ranger microwave. Ended up taking 4 days to get once we had it my husband plugs it in the fan works great however the door wouldn't close all the way. So he held the door close and tried to see if it would heat up and work. It didn't work it was broken. We brought it back and they said that they wouldn't take it back that once it leaves the store it not their problem. So the first thing is they would sell an appliance that doesn't work and not give us a replacement. He argued with them and they finally said they would refund it. He gets home being told that we would have the money returned. Days later I get a call because they did the return wrong and we had to go back in. Are you kidding me it is a 50 minute round trip now for the 4 th time. So I go in and then waited for them to figure it out then call a manager because they don't understand to them wait and finally be told the refund was already refunded are you kidding me I just made another trip for nothing. So I repeat Buyer beware. If I could give them a Negative number I would. I work hard for my money and then to be treated this way Never AGAIN!
I PAID 3000 FOR AN INDUCTION OVEN AND IT ONLY REACHES 325 DEGREES FOR BAKING ON CONVECTION. SO REALLY IT IS NOT A CONVECTION OVEN. THE STOVE IS A NIGHTMARE IT COOKS UNEVENLY AND GOES OFF ALL THE TIME. THEY CAME AND FIXED IT AND IT STILL DOES NOT REACH OVER 325 DEGREES. THIS LG STOVE IS COMPLETELY DEFICIENT IN EVERY WAY. THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT EVEN IF IT IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR.WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS FOR HOME DEPOT IF I COULD THEY DO NOT HANDLE ANY COMPLAINTS AND SLUFF YOU OFF TO LG WHERE YOU WILL BE PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS ON END.

Went online to order 6/cs of vinyl plank flooring priced at.99/sq ft or $26.53/cs. When checking out, the price increased to $34.57cs. Called the online help center, spoke to a manger, and was told there was not one thing they could do about the issue. I had to pay the higher price as it was not a price for "my area". When I found this product, I did not put my area in and there is no disclaimer as shown in the photo provided to input your area.
When my area was finally put in the price DID NOT CHANGE until checkout. This is the worst case of deception by a large corporation that I have seen in years. It reminds of those stores that raise prices right before a sale and try to make you think you're getting a great deal by paying the price it was originally marked at.
Lowes is a much better home improvement store as they actually honor their prices and do not act as though it is you that is in the wrong when you are clearly not. Never again Home Depot.

Answer: Hi Betty, you can also return without receipt if you purchased using your credit card. Give them the same CC and they can tell the price you bought at.
