HomeCinemaCenter was super easy and very convenient! We looked at placessome local places and were saw great pieces of furniture but were way overpriced. The local places also charged some ridiculous fee for delivery. We started looking around google to see if we could find the same furniture online. We came across HCC and it sounded too good to be true:

After we purchased the pieces we saw in-store, we were kept up to date on delivery, our price was significantly reduced from what we found local, and the pieces arrived earlier than expected. No scratches, no dings, no problems! We were so happy we made another purchase for a couch since we were so far under budget with our table and entertainment center. This was awesome!

I ordered a parker house sectional from HomeCinemaCenter because I could save a couple hundred dollars and it came with free white glove delivery. Sofas and sectionals don't require much set up but the most valuable thing to me was that I didn't have to try to dispose of the packaging. Also, it was difficult to find my specific sectional anywhere other than a specific chain of furniture stores where I had an unsatisfactory experience. But HomeCinemaCenter had it!

This is the couch of my DREAMS! It literally looks and feels like a cloud. Don't think about it, just buy it! Perfect for my little beach apartment. Please don't ever discontinue this model bc I'm already planning on purchasing the middle section when I move to a bigger home! *******% recommend this set.

I was able to find the exact Liberty Bedroom set with dresser and mirror I needed at a great price and a good offer on white glove delivery. Mary was responsive to my questions and communicated before, during and after delivery to ensure a smooth delivery process. Furntiure set was even nicer in person and we are very happy with our decision.

Thank you for helping me to combine my purchase on a bread finance plan and my credit card. The rep was very knowledgeable on how to do this. I tried a couple of stores on this purchase and wasn't successful because the rep didn't know how to complete a split transaction. HCC was great with helping me. I placed an order with Home Cinema Center on 6/27/23. Their website indicates 7 day delivery. It is July 10th and I still have not received so much as a confirmation email from them. I have emailed the business once and called twice but have received no response. I finally cancelled the order by email today as they seem to have no intention of communicating about the status of the order or delivery options. What a total waste of time. I highly recommend AGAINST placing an online order with this business as they do not appear to have a system in place to handle them adequately. I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to my new couch. Back to the drawing board.

Another example of exeptional customer service! I did recieve 1 piece a few days later due to shipping from US to Canada, BUT EVERY time the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer.

Their build your own sectionals are to die for! And even with shipping and border fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in Canada. Despite minor border issues I had with my orders I still go back and would highly recommend! Absolutely beautiful furniture!

I placed a furniture order at the end of May and when I called on July 7,2023 for a status update after checking the website for a status, the gentleman who answered was completely unwilling to provide me any information, citing "company policy". He aggressively stated that "this is not a debate" and I am only able to receive information on the website (which, again, was offering no status on my order number whatsoever). As a small business owner myself, this is no way to conduct business. It's offensive to spend a significant amount of money, and the company be unwilling to provide any assistance. I will NEVER do business with them again, particularly since their products are not unique and can be purchased through many different vendors.

After ordering several pieces of furniture of all types I can say - I absolutely love shopping here. It's extremely convenient one stop shopping for all kinds of furniture and more. Shipping is outstanding and I have been very satisfied with the quality of allmy purchases. Customer service dept. has been outstanding with every question and issue!. I purchased a new bedroom set from them. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. However, I had to wait a very short time to get my furniture. This was delivered in just 10 days and delivery crew was amazing. Michael was the rep that was helping me and kept communicating regularly with updates. He did a great job to keep me up to date!

The Baldridge desk and matching printer stand are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast!
