Please do not fall victim to the fake reviews on Home Cinema Center. It is easy to get fooled by the scripted reviews with 5 stars.

I trusted the reviews and only got fooled and lost close to 5K by ordering furniture at this site. Check out BBB for complaints on HCC.

I love my bedroom set. It's even prettier in person! It's incredibly luxurious and surpasses my expectations. It's expensive but well worth the money paid. Amanda in customer service was amazing and answered all of my questions. A++

I just spoke to an employer Mark, it was very unpleasant experience. He hang up the phone when I asked to speak to someone else. I think that was very disrespectful.

We placed our order for an extra large sectional for our living room... got free shipping... and the item was delivered to our home just four days later! It was beautifully packaged and was even more impressive than we had hoped for. I called a few days ago and was told to email in a statement, that I wanted to return the bed, that I had purchased. The man answering the phone was very rude and I told him that he is rude. I will never buy from this company again.

I called again today to find out if this is where I send the email. The man that answered a few days ago and the man that answered today is the same person. I just called back to find out what his name is so I could reference him in the email. This third time I called was only so I could get his name. He told me it is, John. I asked John, "What is your last name," and he said all I needed to know is that his name is John. I also asked him if he was the owner, because I wanted to explain to him again that he is rude.

John told me on the second phone call, only after I asked him if the bed had to be sent back in the original packaging and he said, "Yes". I told him the bed comes in very large boxes and they had to be cut up in order to get the bed out. Then, I was asked, how are we going to resell it, if it was not in the same packaging.

I am sending the bed back because it is clearly not made for safety. The top bunk hangs out over the bottom bunk without any thought to the sharp edges. The top bunk is a hazard for anyone getting into the bottom bunk, with only a small mishap, someone could take an eye out or get seriously hurt from the sharp edges.

At this point, I am looking for advice on how to return the bed.

I've purchased a few items from HCC and I've been pleased so far with the items that I've found and purchased! Beautiful items, great selection and great prices.
The best thing is that the quality matches the price points! The descriptions of the items are very accurate as well.The furniture looks amazing! I had it delivered and put together. It was nice to have it scheduled the day I wanted, and it was done really quickly.

Great experience from ordering through delivery and assembly! They kept us updated every step of the way, the furniture is beautiful and the price was the best I could find on the Internet.

We recently ordered a table and chairs from a different company who contacted us to let us know they no longer had our desired chairs. So we contacted this company who ensured us that they definitely had them! They ended up sending us the wrong chairs. When we called immediately to tell them they were EXTREMELY rude to us and hung up on us. Now they are not even taking our calls and we still have not resolved our chair issues and have the wrong chairs. We have left messages, sent pictures, etc... Our original order confirmation shows the chairs that we were expecting as well. They are very sketchy!

I bought many things through this site, always found the items I liked in a very good prices and they have a good quality. I can tell you about their costumes service as well.: The have been extremely helpful from product questions, order placement, and shipment inquiry. Excellent online store.

It was simple question like: What state are you all based out of?
How long for shipping? Product information?
Finally I asked for a manager or corporate number. The guy I assume his name is Mark is a idiot! He would not give me any information and he disconnected the call!
