I have bought several pieces of furniture from here and never had a problem with them. They always have beautiful items at awesome prices.
So buy as little or as much as you want and you are still only paying absolutely nothing for shipping.

I just received damaged recliner (The frame is completely broken). I have been trying to speak to someone to get a refund and the person Mark answering the phone is rude and he will not let me speak to anyone. He will not transfer the phone to customer service (Ania). As I was speaking to him getting nowhere, he cut me off and put me on hold and never answered again. I tried calling another 5 times and now it goes right to voice mail. They are not answering my phone calls.

I did receive one email offering me $125 to fix the $750 (broken framed) recliner. I do not want a broken recliner. I would like a refund.

Who can I call to report this?

I love the sofa set! It does not only look comfortable but it also is super comfortable. I ordered the sleeper sofa set, which I used with my Guests and both told me that they had a good night sleep.

The set up was great as well. They were here on time and set the set up really fast. I really do love my experience with HCC.

After buying my home I thought the hard part was over well nope. I then had to find a way to get all new furniture that would fit in my home that had some off walkways as well as lots of windows I was scared to lose the flow of my home.

I went to 6 Furniture stores before I found HCC online. Soon as I called in I was helped! The girls name was Rachel. She walked me threw each room it was amazing. There pricing is by far the best and it's quality Furniture. I was so impressed that it also was delivered just 6 days later! I am threw the moon happy I would highly recommend HCC and speak with Rachel., she is fantastic!

I have been very pleased with hcc. I have furnished a few rooms with items as well as my patio, and hcc has been very good to work with, the quality is very good for the price, and I love what I have bought. I cant wait to furnish another room

I ordered 2 round table sets but checked everywhere around town. I took the chance and ordered them figuring if it went South I could simply return them. Much to my surprise I got them in perfect condition 2 days later and I have them three years later and adore them. They came well packaged considering the tops had glass sitting on top of them and none of the bronzing on the front was scratched at all.

They are very good quality and actually the same manufacturer I had looked at in a very high end department store. I got a steal and was very pleased all the way around. I saved a bundle and had no problems whatsoever. Super happy with my experience

Less than 1 star I purchased a Catnapper recliner from them it arrived with a broken frame. I attempted to resolve this according to there terms. After contacting them with in the manufactures warranty period
They stalled communications until warranty was up. I was given the run around on every email and phone call. I have a broken Junk recliner and I am out $750 You may save a few dollars with Home Cinema Center. God forbid if your purchase is defective you will never resolve it with this company.

I had a problem finding a couch and loveseat that would fit up the stairs to my New York City apartment. This sectional group was the perfect solution. And I love the pieces. Nice and firm. Perfect for me.

My new living room set delivered on time, took only 10 minutes to unpack and assemble, and the picture on the site does not due it justice. Jessica in customer service was awesome. I am extremely happy with my purchase and delighted that I could use my rewards.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering a $1,400 chair from this place. As mentioned by other customers 20 times below Mark the only person that seems to work there has to be the rudest person in retail. The guy needs to find a profession where he doesn't have to talk to people. If anybody knows if he is the owner or who the owner is please post it as they need to know this guy is costing them business. Anything on their website can be bought from 20 other websites and if I were you I would.

I'm very happy and great experience bought the furniture from HCC. It saved me over 25% cost compared with other furniture store.

I just redid my bedroom and went with the works: bed, dresser, chest, nightstands, new linens, duvets, pillows galore! The furniture came in a reasonable amount of time and my room is so beautiful! Will definitely choose Hcc for my next remodel.

I have pretty much furnished my condo with HCC products. (I tried to include pics with this review: the hammock-chair, tv stand, bedroom set, popcorn machine are all from HCC. Their prices are very good and they frequently have sales so I can't complain. They ship when they say they will, and the products often arrive a bit earlier than the due date (aka you aren't waiting forever for a product). Out of all the products that I have ordered, I've so far only had one piece of furniture come missing the connecting hardware And the parts process was super easy. I took a photo of the instruction, sent an email, received a prompt response, and they shipped me a replacement piece in record time. Customer service responds to me within 24hours, and their delivery people are incredible. I'm looking forward to doing over my main house and can't wait!
