They really went out of there to help me with my purchase. I had trouble finidng the set I wanted and searched for hours. I called customer service and they quickly found what I was looking for when I described it.

They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything.
I also really liked the shipping company they used. The delivery man took the time to put the pallet somewhere safe and out of the weather and was very nice about the extra work.

You can't beat their free shipping on a bedroom set either. Saved me lots of money and when you are on a limited income, every dollar counts.
I've not had a chance to get someone to put the bed together, but from what I can see of it, it looks very well made.
The bedroom set is simply beautiful and extremely well made. The construction seems better than anything I found in the stores and it just simply gorgeous.

I ordered a chair I had wanted for a long time. I found one I liked at homecinemacenter and at a price I could afford. The chair arrived when they said, was packaged the
Way they said, and arrived at my house, undamaged. The chair, itself, is beautiful and just what I wanted and what was pictured. I will definitely order from homecinemacenter again!

I ordered a tulip table with wood top. It showed up 10 days after I ordered it. My husband and I were very impressed with the packing of the table. Came in separate packages. The base of the table was in a thick box filled with styrofoam blacks surrounded by a wooden crate, then wrapped profusely with bubble wrap, and finished with 5-6 layers of plastic wrap. The table top was surrounded with foam paper, under a surround of styrofoam blocks, placed in a cardboard box that was surrounded by multiple layers of bubble wrap and plastic wrap.

The table is of nice quality, especially for the price. I would definitely shop with again.

The furniture is high quality and I recommend to everyone to shop here first. Upon delivery my freight invoice stated white glove treatment that statement is so true. Delivery personnel were so professional and made sure that everything was functional. They spent about 4hrs at our house setting up everything and made sure to answer every question.

I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style so I went for it. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is super high quality wood for the price! HCC was great to work with as well, I think I got my order shipped and delivered all in about 8 days. Thank you so much for the superior service and product! I really LOVE my entertainment center :)

We order a Hillsdale dining set from HCC Furniture. They had the best price for the dining set we were looking for. Our order was delivered within the week that we ordered it. Unfortunately, Out of all the products that I have ordered, I've so far only had one piece of furniture come missing the connecting hardware And the parts process was super easy. We contacted HCC Furniture's customer service department about our problem. Debbie, in customer service, was very understanding and apologetic that we had a missing part. She contacted Hillsdale Furniture right away and within a week we had all the nuts and bolts., shipped to us from the factory.

We are so glad we purchased from HCC Furniture. Our purchase was shipped quickly and our problem was handled above and beyond our expectations.

Purchased a table from them online. A few months later the finish began chipping off. The table came with a 1-year warranty. They say the defect isn't covered under the warranty, but can't provide a copy of the warranty to me. When I try calling them they tell me "all warranty claims must be handled by email" but they won't respond to my emails either. When I insist on talking to a person, they hang up on me. Horrible customer service.
