After shopping for nearly a year to find just the right entertainment wall unit I am so happy I was patient. HomeCInemaCenter launched this product in their new products section and sent mean email when it came out. Great feature. This unit has the perfect scale - it doesn't overpower the room with its height or depth. Excellent quality for the price and the white glove delivery service was outstanding. I'd give it another star if I could.

I ordered a queen size platform bedroom set from homecinemacenter with a tufted head board. The shipment came within a few days. The bed was easy to assemble and great quality. This will be a bed that lasts years and years.

Homecinemacenter has unbelievable deals, from bedroom sets to beautiful accent chairs, stunning designs of coffee tables and the best choices of sideboards I have found online. I have a list, some things I want are sold out, hopefully they will notify me as stated when it's available again... but later this week I will fulfill the rest of my list!

I have received several orders and everything comes in faster than expected. Customer service has been wonderful with a a few missing screws (which they sent out immediately by regular post). 5 Stars all the way! I'm telling all my friends and family about them to hopefully receive more of a discount next time as well.

I ordered a recliner that I had been saving up for over 2 years. I don't have much money. Life is hard for me. But I need that particular chair for the depth because I sleep in a chair. I have a bad back and can't sleep in a bed. My chair arrived 2 days ago. Came in 2 pieces. No damages, but when I put it together I realized it's the wrong chair! I called to speak with customer service, i eplained what happened and he rushed me off the phone. He wasn't even listening to me. He literally started fussing at me. I guess they do not have a return or exchange policy. If you receive the wrong item, then that's just tough. I have been crying for 2 days now. I could never order from them again. Now I've gotta look for a chair from somewhere else because I need one bad!

I was searching for a dining table set and wanted to buy it online. I came across homecinemacenter and decided to give them a try because their price was reasonable as compared to some other stores. My table arrived in less than a week and it was in perfect condition. We are happy with our purchase.

Terrible... Terrible... Terrible Customer Service... Very Unprofessional. I was just hung up on after calling to inquire about a sofa that I ordered nearly 2 months prior. I was told that the sofa would take nearly another 3 weeks to be possible delivered since it was backordered. No one and I mean no one even bothered to reach out to me to let me know. I was anticipating a delivery call this week and even made arrangements with my neighbor to receive the item. They are advertising merchandise that they do not have and will have you waiting endlessly for items that will simply never be delivered. Heed my warning... pay a little extra and buy from a reputable business. I wish I could give this place zero stars... seriously this place is the PITS... and if there are reviews on here that say "excellent" and "great buying experience," I'm certain they were written by one of the clowns who hung up on me.

I ordered Coaster bar stools, adjustable. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap.

Have had compliments on how attractive the chairs are. It took about a week to deliver. Two chairs came together and the next day the other two came. They had 2 tracking numbers since chairs shipped from 2 of their warehouses. Awesome delivery crew and customer service was A+

I'll be honest, I don't often take the time to write positive reviews. It's usually when there's a major problem that I take the time to write one. But I have to share that I've had an excellent customer service experience from Homecinemacenter.com during my home renovation.

I've purchased many items from the site, from table sets to theater seating, and in many cases I've had questions about the delivery or my order.

They actually pick up the phone and want to help! I've ordered several items from other sites as well.

I'd say that HomeCinemaCenter has provided the best experience by far.

I purchased a table and chairs (set) for $1265. 04. It was delivered damaged. The table top was the only damaged item. I sent an email on 2/1/18 informing them that the table top was damaged and included pictures of the damage. They responded on 2/5/18 ". A credit in the amount of $75 to correct the issues at your convenience 2. Dispatch a furniture tech to correct the issues within the next 2-3 weeks" I responded on 2/5/18 with, "I believe the pictures may be a little deceiving. The breakage is really bad and completely unfixable in any way that would put it in a "new" condition for which I ordered and paid for. Either you can send me a new table top or I can inform American Express, BBB, Google Reviews, Yelp and every other website that your company was made aware of this damage and did nothing but offer a band-aid (and inadequate at that) to fix and not per your " best return policies in the online business" that is clearly stated on your website. I did not purchase used, broken or defective materials. I purchased a table that is supposed to be in new condition. This needs to be escalated up your chain of command to send me a table that is not damaged, defective or broken. They responded on 2/9/18 with "Please provide a copy of your signed delivery receipt for review. " I sent it on 2/9/18. Then POOF they were gone! I followed-up on 2/17, "Okay, it has been 8 days with no follow-up from you regarding fixing this issue. On Monday, 2/19/18, I will be writing a complaint https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/nature-of-complaint/ at 3pm. Then I will ensure follow-up with the AG's office. I am trying to be reasonable and accommodating since I understand that customer service is difficult which is why I am giving you this opportunity to do the right thing. Also, by letting you know what my next step be.

I want the new tabletop that I paid $1265. 04. I don't want a measly $75 nor to have someone come out and "repair" it. I PAID for a new table in new condition. They advertise that they have the best return policy; YET, they have not lived up to their promise. I want an unbroken table top. I did everything that they requested and they are trying to get out of doing the right thing and hoping I just go away. How many other consumers have they done this too. Or this is the fault of a low-level employee and the executive team would be aghast that they have failed to give good consumer service.

I would never buy furniture online until I discovered Home CInema Center. I found exactly what I was looking for on their site, and it was by far the best price anywhere.

We found the Home Cinema Center website after looking elsewhere. I must say, homecinemacenter.com has won us over! The ease of the purchase, financing, and delivery was exceptional. The price of our furniture piece was very fair and a great deal! I would recommend homecinemacenter to anyone looking for new furniture.

I Ordered a large 4 piece tv stand with a fireplace. The box had a little damage, so before I opened the box I called them. They had amazing customer service. They explained what to do, if the product was damaged. The product wasn't damaged, and was exactly has shown on the site.

Over all had a pleasant experience with this company and would order again. The delivery company was excellent as well and set everything up in my room. Thanks!

Shopping and checkout was easy with no issues. Once ordered, I promptly received notification, and subsequent notifications as my furniture moved through the procurement stages. My order was shipped on time as expected and arrived in great condition. It is even more beautiful in person, and very very happy with my purchase!

This was the largest purchase I had made over the internet and had some concern. They did not disappoint me. Communications were great in both e-mail and online order status.

Once shipped I was provided additional communication and contacted by their delivery company, who were very nice to speak with, and we arranged a date for delivery. My furniture arrived packaged extremely well and looks beautiful.

DO not do business we these folks. Defective couch arrives with a large hole through the fabric so we rejected shipment. They will not stand behind the product.
Their solution is to take a picture of the hole and have it repaired. Why would one want a repaired couch when a new couch was paid for? The customer service rep was short and rude. When I suggested that I should do business elsewhere, he responded "perfect". Provides a good view of their service to their customers. I'll deal with the damaged couch, but refurnishing the family room will be with someone else.
