My husband and I wanted a very specific couch and sofa that we feel in love with at a showcase apartment. We searched for two years to find the exact brand and model, which we did, but it was out of my budget. But then I stumbled across homecinemacenter who had the exact same brand. We purchase a sofa and love seat for less that the sofa alone was going to cost. I ordered it on 5/6/2023 on line, was told 4 to 6 weeks, and received it today 5/20/2023 which is only 2 weeks!

The White Glove delivery service completed delivery during the agreed upon schedule,the furniture was in perfect condition and they took all of the packaging with them when they left. Special kudos to Amanda and Jelica for answering numerous questions, processing the order and coordinating with the delivery firm. I would highly recommend HCC to anyone that wants quick delivery and great furniture.

Looked at a console table on the site. Knew I wanted to put some AD/VD equipment on the lower shelf,but not sure if could support the weight. Called Customer Service. And asked if they knew. Nice lady said she didn't know but would check with mfg. 5 or so minutes on hold,she got the answer. Placed order arrived a day or 2 passed expected delivery date. Seriously, this is so not an issue.

But there was essential screws missing as per diagram, for assembly. BF was assembling,as that's what good BF's do. Called Sunday(yes C.S. Is there in Sunday), had the missed part FedEx'd in my hand on Tuesday. Very happy camper here. :)

I purchased our bedroom, living room, dining, and patio set for Less than half of what the local store quoted us. The experience was great with HCC, the furniture was beautiful.

And the customer service team is responsive and on top of any actions needed after the fact. The delivery service of white glove did amazing, fast and efficient. I recommend this purchase experience to all.

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching file cabinet are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together with less than 6 screws I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style.

We went to many different sites to find the perfect bedroom set for my daughter and ended up purchaing from HomeCinemaCenter. We were looking for something in between ages, not for little ones but what she could also used until she became a teenager.

This white bed set came in great quality for the price. The details were very nice although the bed was a tad longer than what we anticipated even after getting the measurement. In our opinion, it just fit perfectly in her room. It was free shipping and assembly included. Excellent quality, fast delivery, and family is very happy.

You don't think they have horrible customer service, just call the store and tell the guy answering the phone you have a problem with a online order, I promise he will change you mind about buying from them, they sent me the wrong bed and I'm stuck with it

I was searching for counter height chairs and table set through Google and ran across HCC furniture, and glad I did. Found the exact chairs that I was looking for and placed an order unfortunately that particular item was no longer available but was notified the next day so I ended up ordering another style that would work and placed the order, I started this on a Monday and received the chairs on Friday of same week. Their customer service is really
Good on keeping you informed. The chairs are very well made and were fairly easy to assemble it took 3 hours for a set of 6.

Their website is very accurate on description and dimensions of items. I have searched all over town and other websites and this one was the best. Again this is very well made and heavy duty my husband is a very large man and need strong and sturdy furniture we will be enjoying these for years! In the future if I need any other furniture I will look here first!

The table was of better quality than we hoped for given the modest price. Well constructed and without blemishes. The delivery team was polite and cheerful and took the time to adjust the latches where the leaf opens for a tight fit when the table is closed.

They took the time to position the table to our liking and carefully reviewed for any damaged. All cheerfully. Truly white glove service as advertised.

I purchased my first couch from HCC in 2017 and it was a steal of a deal. Not only that, but the delivery company they used was awesome. The guys went out of their way to squeeze it through a tight spot with no damage. I ordered another couch from them this month, and it was delivered well before estimated, and by the same delivery company (Averitt) who once again had great guys. I will continue to recommend Home Cinema to friends and use them myself!

Bought a $2200 living room set, Sofa came damaged, Shipper and I both took pictures of the damage (box was shredded as was the corner of the couch, underneath).
Immediately called HCC. They indicated that, since I didn't follow directions (by notating the damage on the delivery receipt) there wasn't anything they could do. No empathy. No trying to resolve even though the shipper had proof at delivery the couch was damaged.
In the process of having my credit card company get involved to reverse the charges. In the meantime, charging them $50/day storage fee until they pick up their damaged stuff.

I am delighted with my purchase and overall buying experience. I bought 8 seaters dining table set. The staff was always available to respond to my questions, even on the weekends. Once I placed my order, I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and delivery. The delivery came within the time frame that I was originally told when placing the order.

The shopping experience overall was excellent from ordering to delivery. The price was very competitive and included white glove service and warranty which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this cherry blossom chair is a very fine piece. The front is really lovely and the accent wood on both sides has a very nice grain. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!

I ordered a master bedroom set in December after seeing it at a retail store - I saved at about 40%. Due to supply chain disruption and transportation delays, the set arrived at my home in about 3 weeks, but I was kept well-informed by Lisa in the Success Department. The delivery team could not have been better. They came right in my house unpacked everything, set it up in record time,a nd left my home clean. I love my new Liberty Bedroom set. Great product for a great price with service to back it up.

I placed my order online because the loveseat was not on the floor of any furniture store. Of course I was concerned. I chose HomeCinemaCenter because the value given for the price was good and reviews were good as well. This was the best decision ever! Upon receipt of my order, I received an acknowledgement and shortly thereafter I was given periodic status reports as to when I could expect the delivery.

Delivery was excellent! The warehouse called with a date and the next day called with a time frame. When the delivery men arrived, they spent a total of 30 minutes in my home even after putting the loveseat together! The whole experience was seamless and I am very happy that I chose HCC.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST RUDE AND DISHONEST AND SEND OUT BROKEN FURNITURE AND WILL NOT REPLACE

I purchased an espresso bedroom set which came within 7 business days and is very well made. No scratches, dents or issues with the USB port outlet.
I was ambivalent because I am not used to buying furniture online but I was pleasantly surprised, and impressed with the quality of the table.
