There are a split and deep scratch in the product I received. I emailed them, no response. I called them no one take the call. I will remove the review once my case is solved.

Still waiting on my bed to ship. Status has said its processing, when I called to check the status of the order, they were very rude told me they could not help me and to check the website and then hung up on me. Don't buy from this company

Never deal with crooks. They buy good but somewhat damaged furniture for cheap and sell it like perfect brand new items. They request clients not to refuse delivery of damaged stuff but take notes, pictures etc and send it to them. They will refuse to replace or refund the damaged stuff but will offer some repairs instead. So you already paid high price for brand new furniture but you are left with repaired stuff having lower value than you paid for. You can file a chargeback but you have to send the furniture back to this company in the original packing otherwise your chargeback will be rejected until you are in possession of their furniture. This is how their business works. I know a number of folks getting into this trap (including myself).

The customer service your company provided was hands down some of the best! Our furniture took 2 weeks to come in HomeCinemaCenter had consistent communication, which is something that we really appreciated! We really are loving our new Living Room set; it is very well made and beautiful. This site has amazing deals on bedroom sets and some of the best I have found online. I have ordered 2 sets and they came in beautiful. Order arrived in much faster than expected. Customer service has been extremely wonderful with all of my questions about shippng to product details. 5 Stars. Thank you!

The Prices are so much better for the same items, I was looking at in the Ashley Store in town. This includes the 20% off what they give you, to make it sound like you're getting a ""Good Deal."" But, you have to know to ask for that discount. Shopping at HCC was straight forward.

On Dec 19 we received our 7 piece bedroom set. The nightstand arrived damaged and per their policy I indicated on the packing slip item and box arrived damaged. Took many photos and send pictures to customer service requesting a new nigh-table. They replied back stating it can be repaired and refused to give me a new replacement. I told them I prefer a replacement but again they refused and said it can be repaired. I asked them to go again and schedule the repair. It's been over 1 month no email no repairs and they received payment in full. I would never order anything from them again just horrible customer service.

Our 10 year old living room set needed to be replaced. I searched all the local stores and the usual online furniture sites. Everything I found was way more than I wanted to spend. Then I found HCC. I found the sofa and loveseat recliner set that I wanted and for a great price.

Shipping was very reasonable considering it came all the way across the US. the company kept me up to date by email. Arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled with the comfort. I will do business with them again. Thank you!

I have been trying to get an estimated delivery date on my prepaid order for over a week. I was advised upon my first rudely handled phone call to contact HCC via email since no information can be obtained by calling the phone number listed on the site. I sent 3 emails with no response so I called "customer service" (used loosely) to check on status only to be brushed off and basically told to cancel by email. I sent that email a few minutes ago. I have a feeling I will need to appeal to my credit card company. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this black hole.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Magnolia Manor Table set. The price was better than any other seller, and the ordering process was seamless. I did have contact with customer service regarding shipping because I hadn't received any shipping information, but the packages arrived the following day. Amanda was very helpful and considerate and I appreciated her time. Thank you for a beautiful piece of furniture! I will definitely recommend your store to family and friends!

I found a sofa in a store that was supposed to have to lowest prices in the country. Thought I would verify if their claim was true. I found HomeCinemaCenter.com online and they carried my sofa. I was amazed at the price difference. I saved almost 2k and that included taxes, delivery, setup and a 3 year warranty.

The service was 5 star. The people I worked with were so helpful on the purchase and helped me save as
Much money as I could. The other company told me it would be a 5 month wait to get my sofa, but I got mine from HCC in less than 4 weeks. That was the biggest plus.

They kept me up to date on the delivery date and I got earlier than expected. After delivery they were there to ensure my satisfaction and sent all of my warranty information. I would definitely buy from them again.

I almost gave up trying to order office furniture due to the delays getting anything in my local town. I contacted Lisa and shared my experience and they took it from there.

I should have started with Home Cinema Center, it would have saved me a ton of time and frustration. The process was seamless from ordering to delivery. The cost was very competitive compared to others and the quality of the furniture was exceptional. I would highly recommend and will deffinetely be coming back with our next room makeover project!

Fell in love with this beautiful leather sectional with 3 recliners built in at my neighbors house. Went to the store where they purchased it, but did not like their extended warranty. Expensive and only 2 years. Found HomeCinemaCenter online. Price was much better and the warranty was for 3 years at a better price than the retail store where my neighbors purchased their couch.

Amanda, our "success manager" was fabulous to work with and followed up during the entire process. Delivery was timely and professional, and definitely white glove as promised. Another benefit was that no payment was requested until the delivery process began. The retail store required 50% deposit on order

This is the worse Customer Service I have ever seen in my life. My order was placed in April 2022 and today September 22nd I have yet to receive my order. When you call they tell you to email *******@homecinemacenter.com and they hang up, but they don't answer emails either... today they told my it takes 10 business days for them to reply. If my company had this type of customer service we would be out of business.
My order has a status of 'processing' since April and no telling when is going to be shipped, if ever...
Also, the reviews in their Web Site are not dated and they only show the ones with positive feedback, anything else is omitted.

Jeff was wonderful and helping me purchase my dining room set. I forgot to add the Extension piece to my order but he noticed it and corrected it for me.So happy I called. Received everything and it looks gorgeous. It was even prettier than on their website and fill the room perfectly. We even ordered the buffet for it to match. Thank you for such a great experience!
