Ordered my dining table set which they processed in January 2022, I received so far the dining set 10-12 seater with only 6 chairs.

2 arm chairs and and 2 side chairs are still pending to be delivered and they keep using the same excuse that it's on backorder. The second backorder which is now is supposed to be delivered today and I emailed them to ask for the status and their response is its on backorder AGAIN for another two months! No explanation. No sorry for the inconvenience of apology or even offering any sort of credit. This is robbery at its finest they have complete payment and have no delivered all my chairs yet. Very shady practices and the ladies who respond to the emails are are completely unsympathetic with no customer service skills. Beware of ever buying from them even if it seems cheap you won't get your stuff like me been waiting for 7 months so far now they told me to wait 2 more.

A full term pregnancy would have a mother give birth to a baby by now fir crying out loud... making a baby is faster than making and delivering a dining for this so called company. They should be ashamed and scared what will happen one day to them due to their unethical business activities and absolutely horrible customer service. I surely will be pursuing legal action against them having spent approximately $5500 on their 10-12 seater dining table. I would have been better off paying $6500 elsewhere so that i would be able to enjoy my dining table right now And eat dinner there with my family. Instead due to such incompetence of this company they have damaged their own reputation. Not even a simple explanation of why it's ok backorder a third time!? Or sorry even these people are incredulously careless. Be warned of purchasing anything from them. They won't give a s... darn if you ask them to speed up the delivery or explain. They are absolutely emotionally detached from addressing your concerns as a customer.

I order an chest and vanity set for my bedroom and had an awesome experience. The piece looks better in person and it arrived with no damage. Amanda texted me to follow up (thanks Amanda) great customer service and the delivery guys were professional and friendly. I'll be ordering from HCC again soon

"I ordered a sofa set. It came in 2 weeks as indicated the lead time on the item. Shipping was as quick and professionally handled. I got phone calls and notifications from the shipping company updating the status of my shipping as it goes a long as well as the scheduling time of delivery. They were on time and very courteous.

The people at Home Cinema Center are just plain rude! I purchased a recliner there and it was delivered broken. It took two months to have it fixed and it recently broke again. They refuse to assist me, and I was hung up on twice for simply asking how they can help me since I purchased it from them.

I ordered a bedroom set in Jan of 2022. Paid for it. Should of been shipped June 2022. Now it's been canceled. I've been hung up on 3 times. Can't get anyone to communicate with me. VERY FRUSTRATING! Do NOT use.

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching file cabinet are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to move around... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I received them

I was a little worried about ordering from an internet site vs big department store. Everything showed up on time. The white glove delivery guys did a fantastic job. Amanda the sales rep had sent updates and contacted me so I would know what to do if there was a problem or damage.
It all went well and I have no damage and my dining set is gorgeous.

I was moving into a new place and was looking to do a update on our furniture. I knew what I wanted, but going through an on-line retailer made me a little nervous. The prices were good and they did offer some great financing so i took a risk.

From the moment I called and throughout the process, they were very responsive and actually reached out to me on a several times to ensure i was aware of the status of my order. Lisa was particularly helpful and attentive throughout the process to ensure I had minimal stress. I could not have had a better experience!

Purchased a beautiful bedroom set end of April, and Michelle handled my purchase from start to delivery. I was very impressed with her continued follow-thru keeping me updated on my order status, making sure the white glove delivery made contact for scheduling, and making sure everything purchased worked out. Although, the four month wait was long;

Michelle made the process so much easier by keeping me in the loop at all times. Their white glove service team was very professional and did a great job also. I would definitely recommend and use HCC again!

Called to check on an order I placed months ago and they cancelled it after an email went out that it had arrived and I didn't respond within 48hrs (went to my spam). That email had been followed by an email confirmation of my order within a few hours - I thought all was well. The cancellation while confusing would be SOMEWHAT understandable if that is their policy, however the man who answered the phone was SO rude. Told me to "email my inquiries per the instructions on the email"... they do NOT want to talk to people and it's almost accidental that he even answered the phone. I had other questions and he was resigned to agree that "that's different" so he begrudgingly continued our call. I asked about the price if I had to reoder it and he had so much attitude because apparently that's not his job. I asked if I could speak to someone else because I guess he's having a bad day and he wouldn't pass me along. I also asked about why I would give my credit card to pay for it and why it wouldn't automatically be charged and he told me to "take it up with the federal government". What a D$#@! Would not purchase from this company ever again. Seems like a near miss in my favor to not have had my order go through!

We have recently been involved in a remodel project at our home. We elected to purchase some Magnolia furniture from Liberty Furniture collection and I received excellent service. Customer support has been outstanding along the way keeping us informed about delivery dates and availability.

Lindsey has been extremely beneficial and even followed up with me after the delivery was made to make sure everything was in order.

This was my first experience purchasing furniture ONLINE! I had a few questions especially about packaging and delivery for these reasons: The furniture was mirrored (more delicate). I have a steep driveway.

The furniture needed to be taken up a narrow staircase. Amanda addressed each of the issues I mentioned and kept me aware of the status of my order. He emailed and called me to confirm my questions were answered. I had plenty of notice and knew what to expect at delivery time. My furniture arrived intact and even a day ahead of time. I Purchased an entertainment center and a table set from HCC., made by Liberty. My contact was Amanda. The item delivery was very quick and Amanda kept in contact with me, kept me updated and thus the scheduling was easy to deal with. The Delivery guys who showed up at my residence where very polite and courteous and they put together the items and took all of the packaging material with them.

As an FYI, I don't normally write recommendations or put my reputation on the line for many companies, however, the entire experience with HCC company was indeed a pleasure and is much worthy of some praise. If ever in the market for more furniture, I would not hesitate to contact HCC. In this day and age, it is nice to find a company that still takes pride in their service and dedication to the costumer
And customer satisfaction.

I ordered a master bedroom set in February after seeing it at a retail store - I saved at least 40%. Due to supply chain disruption and transportation delays, the set arrived at my home earlier than I was hoping, and I was kept well-informed by Cassie in the Customer Service Department.

I love my new bedroom set. Great product for a great price with service to back it up.

Ordering online was an easy process. Worked with Toby who was very knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job at answering questions and explaining warranty and delivery options.

Do not order from this website, it is a scam. No customer service what so ever, no exchange or refund, will charge you for shipping and restocking. The company tell you to email for any complaint, they don't want to speak to people. Very rude customer service
