Great Service

Was happily surprised at the service I received with HomeCinemaCenter since I was really nervous about ordering and spending money with an online furniture company. I had an awesome agent named Michelle and it couldn't have gone smoother.

They kept me up to date with phone calls, texts and emails.The delivery guys were excellent and I love my new furniture!

Aside from the cost which was a great deal, ordering through customer service was a pretty thorough experience. I felt safe and secure doing it as I have never done business with this company before. But all of the blocks were checked and I felt very confident in my purchase.

I just received my item, and there were no delays which was amazing! Would definitely order from them again!

HCC has amazing deals on bedroom sets and some of the best I have found online. I have ordered 2 sets and they came in beautiful. Order arrived in faster than expected. Customer service has been a pleasure to deal with about all of my questions about shipping to product details. 5 Stars all the way!

Surfing the internet looking for a sofa set that I admired at HCC, as I was adding to my cart the 3pcs I wanted, I did not see all of them in the cart, so I called their customer service dept. and got this wonderful person named Christine that help me with my purchase ensuring that I was getting everything that I ordered.

Christine's customer service attitude was very professional and superfast in assisting. Everything arrived perfectly and my family and I are very happy with our purchase.

Quality Furniture

I had a great experience with HomeCinemaCenter. Their customer service was really amazing, their prices are unbeatable and i live in a apartment building. The delivery guys delivered my sofa set set up to the 3rd floor with no issues. Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and
Put it on the curb and they did it, considering that the old sofa had to be broken into pieces in order to be carried out.

They really went above and beyond, i dont know of a single other company that would do this and not even try to charge you an arm and a leg for it! I'm sooo happy that
I chose this company and will definitely buy from them in the future, they got themselves a loyal customer for life! :)

Do not to business with this company. They are a fly-by-night drop-shipping operation that are way in over their heads when it comes to providing customer service. Item came damaged and they would not respond to any attempts at communication.

There is only one person that works here - his name is Marc. He is the only one that ever answers the phones - read all the 1 star reviews - they all talk about the rude guy on the phone. All the 5 star reviews are fake made up by him. How can any company only get either 1 or 5 star reviews? Which ones are you going to believe? DO NOT use this company - you will spend your life fighting with Marc and regret it.

We are so impressed with the service from Jacob! He was in communication during every step of our purchase of 8 library wall bookshelves, from when we purchased through delivery, and even afterwards. We noticed a missing accessory on one of the shelves upon arrival and Jacob made things right
Immediately... and again double-checked with us to be sure everything was alright. Such excellent service is not to be found these days and we will definitely purchase from Home Cinema Center again! We love our new library wall bookshevles!

I was really uncomfortable ordering furniture online but when I saw the three -piece set of Arizona Marco Leather I couldn't resist. I talked with a sales rep who was very helpful and friendly.

The price was exceptional and delivery time was amazing! It arrived in good condition and was placed in my room ready to use. I love the high back which allows support for my head... very relaxing! Each piece is comfortable and very attractive.

Not happy

Ordered furniture in November 2021. Ordered from them because they claimed at least one of each item in stock at the time of the order. Expected to see furniture in December. Nothing by mid December so emailed to get status, no reply, so called and they said now backordered until January 2022. Nothing in January so emailed many times in February, to finally be told that it was now backordered until March. It's now the 3rd week of March and no furniture, and more importantly no reply from customer service in response to India about order status... Just frustrating to not get any communication, and not being able to believe their status even when given

I ordered a leather sofa, chair, and love seat in January. Amanda managed my account and communicated with me with updates and with the delivery company so that I could get my order as soon as possible.

Amanda was exceptionally helpful because of the supply chain issues in the
U.S. at this time, and I know her job was made harder. The furniture arrived very quickly and it is beautiful. Family, extended family, and friends are impressed with the quality of the leather and how comfortable the furniture is.

I recommend buying from this company, and Amanda as the manager of your account. Thank you!

This place is a joke

Never received our bedroom set. I contacted the company multiple times to see where it was. I didn't receive any calls back as promised. The guy answering the phone was a complete jerk and hung up on me. I had to call my CC company to have the payment stopped. Do NOT buy from this company.

I ordered a leather living room set in January 2022. Allison managed my account and communicated with me with updates and with the delivery company so that I could get my order as soon as possible.

Allison was exceptionally helpful because of the supply chain issues in the U.S. at this time, and I know her job was made harder because of it. The furniture arrived very quickly and it is beautiful. Family, extended family, and friends are impressed with the quality of the leather and how comfortable the furniture is.

What an amazing find! Price, quality, service all in one. We love our new Dining Set! We're getting so many great compliments.

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a sofa that the the website stated usually ships in 2-3 days. When 1 week went by with the order status still listed as "pending", I called to inquire about whether it was back-ordered or when to expect shipment. The agent was rude to the extreme, stated that I should not expect it anytime soon and hung up. I assumed there must be a misunderstanding and called back. The same agent informed me he was handling 10,000 inquiries a day and that he would get back to me via email in 2-3 days, and again hung up. Needless to say, I requested to cancel my order via email, which they did, but didn't even have the professionalism to inform that it was cancelled.
