The bedroom set was on sale, and it was delivered earlier than expected. We set it up as soon as it arrived and it is even more beautiful than any of the photos.

The delivery company was top notch and we are thrilled to stay at home and have something like this delivered.

Great company, and great furniture!

Home Cinema is great and they have some really nice furniture,. So far I have been very pleased not only with the merchandise, but also with the delivery dates. They give a date when you are going to receive it and it is delivered that day.

They also send a confirmation on all the items you order, and the order number so that you may track it, and I think that is great. I recommend this site to everyone who likes a deal which is getting harder to find now a days, So far I am a very satisfied customer.

I never received my order, after over 6 months of waiting. When I requested updates, the customer service representative was insanely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere for furniture. Go look on this business's BBB page for a sample of what you're signing up for when you order from this company.

This is a lying company on the website when I purchased the bedroom set said it would ship in 3 days. But after I paid it sent me a email 3 days later say 10-18 business days. So then I get a email saying it shipped this is the 8th business day it still hasn't shipped yet. So I call in too see what's going on the guy answering the phone is rude as hell im asking him a question he talking over me doesn't give me a chance to get a understanding of what is going on and said they will get back with me in 2 day's for an update and hangs up on me. Don't order nothing from this company the lie and rude as hell.

No comparison! These comfortable Catnapper recliners exceeded all of my expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat easily. I chose a couple of the cloud 12 chairs. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces.

The price was a little higher than the imports I checked out, but the value again, there's ""no comparison."" Thank you, HCC If it had not been for you, I would not have found this! You were helpful in answering my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly.

Delivery was also very quick.

To say my husband is picky is a complete understatement, but he absolutely loves this dining set. This is exactly what swe were looking for and the quality is awesome. Very few makers have this type of table and seat combo and all want significantly more $$ for them. We will remember
HomeCinemaCenter in the future when other furniture needs come up. Lastly, the table set shipped out promptly and arrived with no damage.

They were individually packed in strong boxes with a good amount of padding for protection. We didn't expect to have them around for this Christmas when we ordered, but are thrilled that they were.

I've been reaching out to this company after finally finding a company that has a chest to my discontinued set. After purchase I reached out via social media, because for some odd reason they have a voice-mail that picks up. The next day it was shipped. It was scheduled on time for delivery on 1/3 upon arrival the guys hurried to leave because the box and chest was severely damaged. I have been trying to reach this company since the chest arrived. No one has reached out, so I contacted my card issuer and this morning I get a threatening email from them, so I tried calling again, and again nothing but voice-mail. So I have email Donna along with the pictures and still no reply or help.

We are so impressed with the service from HCC! They had excellent communication during every step of our purchase of 8 bookcases, from when we purchased through delivery, and even afterwards. We noticed everything was perfect upon delivery... and they again double-checked with us to be sure everything was alright.

Such excellent service is not to be found these days and we will definitely purchase from HCC again! We love our new home office bookcases!

From answering questions before I ordered to the delivery and setup this was an easy and pleasant process. After hearing in the news about issues concerning delays in production I was a bit reluctant however my experience was nothing like that. Delivery was very quick and everything was right on point.

The pricing was fair, the bedroom set is excellent, the delivery was seamless and the customer service has been second to none. I will definitely be ordering from HCC again.

Amazing service! As a former wayfair devotee, I was hesitant to order from a new (for me) vendor. Yet wayfair did not carry the sofa set my wife had been asking for all year for her birthday, so I ordered from HCC (they had the item at the lowest cost of any vendor). When received there was i cracked foot on the chair. Customer service requested email. Fine... I received an almost immediate email back from customer service. I was asked to photograph the damaged foot and email a picture. Got it delivered within days.

For someone who doesn't like change and who has serious trust issues, HCC has completely won me over. And my wifes dreams - christmas present wound up not being a great decision after all.

I called Home Cinema Center to inquire about a Catalina 5 pc library wall with optional ladder. I was told it would be white glove delivery before I placed the order online. However, when I received my shipping info for this exact order, my order did not indicate white glove delivery anywhere. It showed standard. When I called Home Cinema Center about my order, I was then told I could add white glove for an additional fee. Every Parker House library wall on their website shows free white glove delivery. The unit I ordered showed white glove delivery. They have removed my unit from their website. They made a mistake with my order and shipped my unit with standard delivery and want me to pay extra for white glove service. They refuse to correct their mistake. I have sent several emails to them with little response. My emails have included examples from their website of the white glove service and of their policy. I have requested to speak to a manager. No one will call me. No one will forward my emails to management. Customer service has been nothing but rude and dismissive. When I called December 29,2021, I asked to speak to a manager and the owner. The agent who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a manager or the owner no matter how many times I asked. He stated that if I canceled my order that I would receive no money back, that I would be sued, that his word was law, and then he hung up on me. I was going to order another library wall, but this company will never get my business again. I cannot believe the response I have been getting from them after I've spent almost $4,000. I don't know how I can be refused the option to speak to management or the owner.

The Parker House entertainment center is beautiful and the delivery/installers were professional and careful setting up my unit. It arrived much faster than I thought. Very pleased with HCC and the staff when I placed my order. Thank you!

I was moving into a new house and was looking to do a update on our furniture. I knew what I wanted, but going through an on-line retailer made me a little nervous. The prices were good and they did offer some great financing so i took a risk.

From the moment I called and throughout the process, they were very responsive and actually reached out to me on a several times to ensure i was aware of the status of my order. Yes, the supply chain was a little broke due to COVID which created shipping delays, but it was an issue with the furniture manufacturer rather than HCC.

Amanda was particularly helpful and attentive throughout the process to ensure I had minimal stress. I could not have had a better customer support associate.

We ordered an item from your store and when I saw it I was like woow! You people have quality furniture and good customer service. The item was delivered on time and with no delays. We received a bedroom set by Coaster in this antique white color.

I ordered a sofa set and had this delivered in just 2 weeks! Customer service was great with taking my order and provided shipping details very quickly. The delivery company took off the truck and brought right into my house. Excellent communication and very polite.

HCC has unbelievable deals, from bedroom sets to beautiful accent chairs, stunning designs of dining set and the best choices of buffets I have found online. I have a list, some things I want are sold out, hopefully they will notify me as stated when it's available again... but later this week I will fulfill the rest of my list!

"This is the first time I ever ordered large furniture on line without physically seeing it. I really wanted the pewter color sofa and loveseat pictured. I was a little nervous about it but I needn't have worried.

My sofa and loveseat are just beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. It was delayed because
of Covid., but only a few days, but so was everything.

The ""white glove delivery"" was also very good, the delivery men were pleasant and efficient, they set everything up quickly. I am very happy with the purchase.

I almost gave up trying to order office furniture due to the delays caused by COVID. I contacted Kelly and shared my experience and they took it from there. I should have started with HCC, it would have saved me a ton of time and frustration.

The process was seamless from ordering to delivery. The cost was very competitive compared to others and the quality of the furniture was exceptional. I would highly recommend, for your furniture needs.

Please do not waste your money on the extended warranty. I have been trying to make a claim for months. I was told that I needed to send pictures of the damage which I did, several times. I did close-up pictures so they could see the actual tears. The gentleman was so rude. He told me my pictures didn't help. They that they needed a big picture of the entire set. It would have been nice if some had explained that months ago and his tone was very unprofessional. Nevertheless, I will send a big picture. I told the man he was very rude with his tone and he hung up. Wow! Terrible customer service. I will be writing a Google review as well as a yelp review on this company.

We ordered a parker house living room set. Originally we were told it may take about a month o get the set. However, it came in 2 weeks later. Kelly continued to update us on it's progress getting to the store and to the delivery company.

The delivery company also kept us up to date with phone calls and emails. The delivery men were amazing. They carefully brought in the furniture and set it up for us. We will definitely go back and especially ask for Kelly when we are in need of more furniture. The set came in perfect condition. No problems at all! Thank you so much!
