I searched for days online for smaller leather recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in a gold rug. I finally found them at HCC.

They are called "Camel" but I think Cafe Au Lait would be a better descriptor. They are beautiful and comfy. The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my Living Room.

I searched multiple furniture stores for a 66 inch tv console and a matching occasional table set and found them on HCC. Regrettably the 66 inch was back ordered, yet Totally Furniture allowed me to place the order and delivered both pieces within two weeks, earlier than initially promised. They are stunning and exactly as advertised.

Not only did I receive an order confirmation, but several emails confirming the order when the shipping company was assigned and when the items would be arriving and a follow up email to ensure that everything was as expected. I would highly recommend Home CInema Center and will be Back.

I shopped for furniture in stores and found nothing and then I found the site for HomeCinemaCenter and they had what I wanted but I was Leary of ordering something site unseen but it was so worth it.

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching file cabinet are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I received them way sooner than I was expecting especially right now with so many things on back orders! Thank you, HCC!

Excellent Customer Service. From the very first contact with the sales Department through multiple call with Amanda, the service was outstanding. We ordered a bedroom set which arrived in perfect condition.

I had to place my order by phone since I wanted assembly service, their white glove treatment. They provided us with beautiful, high quality furniture at a great price and exceptional service. We could not be happier!

I ordered a sectional on 5/10/2021 canceled on 5/11/2021, received an email almost 30 days later the sectional is being shipped? I called and emailed HCC and explained I cancelled the order and they claimed they never received my email and charged my credit card $1097. 00 for a sectional I did not receive, nor could they provide me with tracking information the sectional was alleged shipped. I'm currently working with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. However buyer beware please review their BBB file, prior to purchasing. The man that answers the phone is extremely rude! This is unfortunate a company is scamming hard-working people!

This is my second time ordering from HomeCinemaCenter in that last couple months. I have not been disappointed with either the service/products purchased. This sectional was the perfect style/color/size for my small living area.

Delivery was very timely and I needed to do was attach the legs. The ottoman was great for extra storage, i. E. my extra throws/small blankets. Thank you for excellent service!

Visited several websites and could not find what I was looking for. Visited HomeCinemaCenter and I was present with so many good options it was difficult to choose. I like being able to build my own bedroom set based on my needs. I just received my set after only 2 weeks and its is perfect.

I have never experienced customer service this rude. I called in to check the order status 3 days after I placed the order and I was told to "call back in 10 days. Nobody will check the order status for you now." Then I asked how many days does the shipping typically take. I was again told "call back in 10 days". Then I asked whether the delivery people will help unpack and move the furniture to the room he said "of course not". The customer service basically doesn't know how to talk to a human.

Took only 2 weeks for delivery and the price was worth it. Also want to especially thank Shawn from the customer service department, who was so helpful in keeping me updated on my order.

Amy, the sales Manager, and my sales representative Amanda are wonderful. Amy went above and beyond. She had answers to all my questions, kept me informed on my order status, and was quick to respond to my emails. She's the ideal example of top notch customer service.

The delivery teams that assembled and moved the furniture into my rooms were great as well. They were courteous, quick, and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the delivery!
