I read many complimentary reviews which is one of the reasons I chose HomeCinemaCenter. Price was considerably less than other sites and customer service was most helpful with a question I had before ordering. I checked the color upon arrival and it is as shown in the photos

No comparison! These sturdy, Catnapper recliners exceeded all of my expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat, hands-down. I chose a couple of the Nolan Recleiners. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces.

Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and we got an amazing price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory.

Purchased the three-year extended warranty for $500.00 for a sectional sofa. A recliner stopped working after one year and I have not been able to get it fixed by HCC. It's been well over a year since I first contacted them for repair. You can only reach the service center through email as the main (and only number) is for sales calls only. I have sent many emails requesting service and repair, but HCC has not contacted me about the problem in over a year. The person who answers the phone is rude and dismissive to customers and obviously does not care about any issues you may have with the products they sell.

I did a lot of searching for the perfect couch. And I mean, every day for about a month after I moved in. I wasn't explicitly looking for the perfect cloud couch dupe, but I definitely found it with the Jackson Posh Sectional. The material is soft, the down inside the cushions stays plush and it just looks much higher end than the price tag gives off.

It arrived with a big stain on the outside of one of the corner pieces and because I didn't keep the packaging, not much could be done, understandably so. To do the best they could, they offered a discount to what we paid and I was happy with that. Lisa, the customer service rep, was quick with her responses and informative throughout the process. I'm thrilled with the purchase.

I purchased a new media center set from HCC. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. The delivery took just 2 weeks and the delivery crew was outstanding. Could not have been a better experience.

Michael was the rep that was helping me and kept communicating regularly with updates. He did a great job to keep me up to date!

My wife bought some furniture and one of the furniture came damaged and I called and also emailed several times they said that they were going to replace and fixed but now they brocket my phone number and don't respond to my email or my phone call's I do not recommend this store when you buy something they are very nice but but if you need help with you order forget about they will not help you is almost 2 years and response I keep emailing them but nothing.

I Recently bought the Magnolia Manor media center from HomeCinemaCenter and I couldn't be more happy with it. The set is exactly what I wanted. The shipping company arrived earlier than scheduled and the box had no visual signs of damage.

Set was easy to put together as everything was already assembled. Not exactly a handy and I didn't have any issues sliding this together. Customer Service was on point with my few questions. Will most certainty do business with again!
