We ordered the Jackpot reclining chaise rocker recliner. Not only did we find what we wanted but it is the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house. My husband and I love this chair. HomeCInemaCenter did as they promised and they continued to update us as the order was manufactured and shipped. We were happy and will definitely purchase from HomeCInemaCenter.com in the future. Highly recommend this business, great customer service.

HomeCinemaCenter is a reasonable and trustworthy organization for purchasing furniture online. We purchased a living room set with sofa, love seat, and two recliners. All of this merchandise cost well below our local furniture store prices and was delivered in a reasonable time frame. The delivery was exceptional and all of the pieces were placed inside our home in the location of our choosing without any issue. The staff is courteous and professional, I appreciate their business model and attention they devote to their customers. I have no reason to doubt that any reasonable person will have an excellent shopping experience with HomeCinemaCenter.

I have been searching all over the internet to finish our new bedroom collection but went through several different vendors trying to purchase the Magnolia Manor King
Bedroom set. Rachel at HomeCinemaCenter was quick with email communication with any questions I had.

At first I thought it would take several months to recieve my order due to backorder from the manufacturer, but luckily a week later, HCC had contacted me saying my order had arrived at the local delivery warehouse.
The delivery men were wonderful and put my bed together! Took nearly an hour and a half for them to do it (thank goodness I didn't have to!)

Will definitely purchase from this company again. THANK YOU

Complaint Description:
Ordered an entertainment center. Upper was damaged upon receipt and documented with shipping company. Home Cinema Center Customer Service is unresponsive and difficult This company is a nightmare to deal with.

In January we ordered an entertainment center (two pieces). When delivered in March, without any prior notification, one box of two was damaged. One can clearly see two holes, presumably made by a forklift. This was documented on the shipping label, also signed by shipping company. I waited to notify company until we opened it (a couple days), hoping the piece escaped damage. It did not. The front of the top piece, the hutch, was damaged beyond repair. I emailed photos to Home Cinema Center. I never heard back. Periodically I called, but HCC doesn't answer their phones. I understood HCC would need to contact the manufacturer and the shipping company, and assumed they were reviewing the issue. After 6 weeks, I was growing concerned. I sent *another e-mail with stronger language. I also called during business hours. I was kept on hold until 4:01 and informed that customer service closed at 4:00. Finally, the next day, I received a terse reply from HCC, denying having heard from me or receiving anything. I again provided photos and supporting documentation. When someone responds, the correspondence is barely civil. I can see from complaints here and other places online that this is a pattern and a problem with Home Cinema Center. We need a replacement for the broken piece.

We went to a lot of different sites to find the perfect bedroom set for my 8 y/o daughter and ended up purchaing from HomeCinemaCenter. We were looking for something in between ages, not for little ones but what she could also used until she became a teenager. This white bed set came in great quality for the price. The details were very nice although the bed was a tad longer than what we anticipated even after getting the measurement. In our opinion, it just fit perfectly in her room. It was free shipping and assembly included. Excellent quality, fast delivery, and family is very happy.

Placed an order on 5/5, back-ordered til 6/6... Ok that is fine. On 6/14 I reached out to HCC via email since my online status still said processing and I had not received the item yet. HCC responded with " we have tried contacting you multiple times via phone and email with no response, you need to re-order." I stated I never received any emails or phone calls and I have been actively checking the progress online and in my emails. The only response I get was " It was not paid for, you have to re-order." Why do you give billing information if they are not going to bill you when the order is ready to ship? This is very poor customer service, they would not even re-process the order. Advise to check BBB to see what kind of company you are dealing with before purchasing anything.

This was my first time ordering from HomeCinemaCenter and what a wonderful experience. We received our furniture earlier than we expected and it is beautiful. Home Cinema Center has great communication and they kept us up-to-date on every step of the way until delivery and even after Just checking in with us to make sure that everything was OK. I would definitely recommend them for your furniture needs, and I would definitely do business with them again.
