This was a very easy procedure for ordering from HomeCinemaCenter. I was a bit nervous at first reading all of the fine print but everything went very well. I received an email asking if they could deliver on a specific date. I let them know that I would be home most of the day they wanted to deliver except for a couple of hours in the middle of the day, She said they could set us up for the first delivery period which was 7:30-9:30. She said we might get a phone call saying they were on their way.

I do really like the piece of furniture and I will order from HomeCInemaCenter again. The piece arrived with no defects and the delivery men were as professional as they could be.

We recently bought two bedroom sets from HomeCInemaCenter. Not only were they both cheaper than what we saw at local stores furniture, but it even came with free delivery. The website stated it might take about two to four weeks for our stuff to be delivered. We received both dressers within a week, way earlier than expected.

The delivery went smooth with their associates taking great care of the bedroom sets Will definitely return for our future furniture needs.

I bought a double-wide electric recliner in gray with separate motors to control the head and foot. The price was good a few dollars less than others. Any savings got eaten up by the cheap delivery the offer and having to hire workers to move it and set it up.

They said two week delivery but I ordered it July 19 and it arrived on August 11th.

When the recliner arrived it was the wrong color - dark brown instead of gray - and instead of having two motors, it had none.

I was smart enough to use Paypal so they couldn't just stiff me, but they are trying anyway. They told me that I have to pack and insure the recliner and ship it back to them or I don't get my money back. If this were my error, I would have no problem shouldering my responsibility, but this is their error and they want me to make myself whole on their behalf and at my own expense. I say NO! I say this is not my job.

In point of fact, they now owe me storage charges for this unusable recliner! I am going to have to escalate this through the credit card company because I need a resolution and these people have a constant busy signal on their telephone or I get sent to voice mail to which no one ever responds.

Paypal has said they will escalate this to the fix-it team and so I will see what they will do. In the meantime, it is a health issue for me since the doctors have told me I need to sleep sitting up and I can't get a new one in here until this one is vacated. I hate that this foot dragging company is messing with my health.

HomeCinemaCenter was super easy and very convenient! We looked at places like Ashley and were saw great pieces of furniture but were way overpriced. Ashley also charged some ridiculous fee for delivery. We started looking around google to see if we could find the same furniture online. We came across HCC and it sounded too good to be true: After we purchased the pieces we saw in-store, we were kept up to date on delivery, our price was significantly reduced from what we found local, and the pieces
Arrived earlier than expected. No scratches, no dings, no problems!

We were so happy we made another purchase for a couch since we were so far under budget with our
Table and entertainment center. This was awesome!

We ordered a full bedroom set to be delivered to our home. The delivery was thrown in our driveway and no one came to the door to tell us it was delivered because we were home waiting for the delivery. Most of the boxes were damaged so we contacted the company right away. They told us to take pictures and open and check all of the furniture and file a claim with the delivery company. We followed exactly what we were told, when we called back they started yelling at me claiming I didn't follow their directions which is completely false. They said that we would be hearing from their lawyers for "illegally filing a claim" of which they told us to do in the first place. Afterwards their only answer was that was that we would have to repackage, and pay to ship all of the furniture back, which would cost us hundreds of dollars more, and if they felt it was properly sent back we would get a refund. Remember this is the company who is already threatening to sue us for god knows what and they want us to spend a couple hundred dollars more for them to inspect it. All buyers please be aware of this company as this has happened to several other customers here. We sadly didn't see these reviews until it was too late. If you look at the BBB website you will see that they threaten people with lawsuits for bad reviews but people need to know this practice and the pictures speak for themselves.

I ordered a sectional from HomeCinemaCenter because I could save a couple hundred dollars and it came with free white glove delivery. Sofas and sectionals don't require much set up but the most valuable thing to me was that I didn't have to try to dispose of the packaging. Also, it was difficult to find my specific sectional anywhere other than a specific chain of furniture stores where I had an unsatisfactory experience. But HomeCinemaCenter had it! It was super easy to order and the company kept me updated through email on every step of the fulfillment and delivery process. I would definitely order from them again.

I purchased a rocker recliner loveseat in December 2018 and the right springs are broken. I have written, emailed and called Home Cinema and they told me it was not there problem. It was the manufacture's problem, Catnapper. They sent a technician to repair it in March 2019 and he came and and said the springs are too weak. I paid about $870.00 for this furniture and can not get it repaired or replaced. I have texted and called the tech and he will not respond. I spoke to Ania and emailed her. I sent pictures and expIained the problem. This sofa hurts my back and will not stay upright when you sit down. I am a disabled veteran with a bad back. Do not buy from this store!
