This was my second time ordering through HomeCInemaCenter. Not only did my bedroom set arrive an entire week and half early, but the delivery guys arrived early too! I love that! Placed an order for a couch & Ice Tub (random, I know) on 9/06/2019. Couch thankfully arrived in good condition, the delivery company was amazing. They are the politest people in the world and the total opposite of what you will get at Home Cinema Center. After 3 weeks I called to see if I could get the tracking numbers for the ice tub, I was told by a rude man that would not give me his name that I would be contacted in 48 hours with the numbers. Then today I called and got the same rude man (who I asked if he was the owner, he said no) he said customer service responded to me in an email. When I asked if he was the owner, he hung up on me.
I checked my email and wow they gave me a credit for. 52 NO that was not a typo, 0.52 cents stating that the tub is no longer available. They have a promotion stating that if you purchase more that $1,500 in products from them you get 5% off your order. They sent the couch (free shipping) didn't send the $11.25 tub that charged me $19.71 to ship = Total cost $30.96 and gave me a credit of. 52 cents stating that since they didn't have the tub (still showing available on their web site) that my discount drops to 3% and that warrants the. 52 credit to my card.
Horrible customer service, and dirty play will have me leaving this review everywhere I can to warn others. So thankful there was nothing wrong with the couch, as this company would be a nightmare to deal with.
I had been looking for this entertainment center for a long time and HomeCinemaCenter had the item in stock for immediate shipment. The customer service was excellent and the products arrived on time and in good condition.
The sectional sofa by Catnapper I ordered cost a considerable amount more on another website so I was very happy with the cost and the savings from HomeCinemaCenter. Ordered two Coaster ******* Deluxe Recliners for $632.14; came defective. The company gave us the runaround, first with who to contact, and then said they would not stand behind the problem with the arm seam separation and told us to contact a furniture medic to repair the chair. Fortunately our credit card company helped us with this dispute but it took 5 months with numerous emails and pictures of the defective chair before the issue was resolved.
