Los short llegaron con una textura muy diferente a la que se observa en las fotos, igual algunas prendas me quedaron grandes y otras pequeñas. Les escribí, pero no he obtenido ninguna respuesta.

First, beautiful shirts however their return policy is terrible. When I ordered the first time from them the shirts were fine but the second time - not so much. Two of six shirts were tight around the shoulders and arms. When I emailed them about it they said I could return it to point of origin or keep them (even though they don't fit) and get 15% off my next order. (Guess where point of origin was!) when I again contacted them stating it was not my fault that they were small, they said there were tolerances allowed. 1 cm. Here, 3 cm. There, and I should measure them before I sent them in. They really stand behind their product - way, way behind. Forget ordering from these people!

While searching to replenish a diminished supply of shirts I discovered Hawalili. They offered a unique variety of colors and patterns suitable to my taste. Narrowing the choices was a pleasing adventure, but adding to my shopping cart and completing my order was no trouble at all.

I wish you have more long sleeve shirts to choose from

Your ad said order five and get a sixth free that did not show up. Your bracelet SUCKS

Out of all the experiences I've had buying on line! I have never had a company that prides so much in their PRODUCTS! From the QUALITY OF THEIR CLOTHING! To their packaging for their CUSTOMERS! I thank HAWALILI! Very MUCH!

Hhawalili will offer free gifts to you for spending more but never ship them. Instead they tell you they where out of stock and send you a $5.00 coupon instead on your next purchase. When I informed them that this is Bait and Switch and illegal in the US they sent a $30 coupon. So you thinking to your self this should cover the cost of a new shirt nd shipping but NO!. You have to spend over $100 just to be able to use the coupon which would normally qualify you for another free gift but since you used a coupon you don't get a free gift. So basically you have to buy in to different order of over $100 each to get the free gift they originally offered you via coupon. This is a Chinese company who do not have to play by US or world norms. So in far practice I am sharing my coupon with you! See the picture below.

GREAT CLOTHES the kind of style I like to wear I wish you had a lower delivery cost or free when you spend up-to a lower amount on anything not just full priced clothes I would buy a lot more stuff.

One of the shirts I ordered was for Mardi Gras and it didn't show up and one of the shirts my husband didn't like and I followed the instructions to return the two shirts, but did not receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours as the instructions stated on how to return the shirts and receive a credit. I assume the ploy is to wait until it is too late to return them.

Experience was fine, merchandise got here fine and on time. Shirts run SMALL, order one size larger. One shirt was so small I doubt I'll ever wear it.
