We monitor reviews for authenticity
The site makes booking easy, but looks as if you were booking directly at the desired hotel. The costs look as on other platforms. Only after you have approved the credit card payment it shows that 50% fees have been added. I am not sure whether this is legal, here in Europe it isn't. The total charge has to be shown before payment.
On Monday I made a booking for a room at Radisson Blu Bordeaux. The booking system said that there has been a network error and that I had to repeat the booking process. I waited for 10-15 minutes, checked my credit card account and my emails and as there has been no entry, I repeated the booking process. Immediately after that I received two confirmations, had two charges on my credit card and therefore tried to inform guestreservations that I had a double booking, but could not reach them via email. I already tried 3 times via their website (email sent successfully). They state that their fees are amongst others for 24/7 support. I haven't had any support within 5 days.
There is no help, no guidance, shuffle is always late so you're doomed if you have to get to the airport on time. There was so much noise outside in the alleyway but also on the floor, so much so that my son and I were traveling alone and I put something against the door as well as I slept on the foot of the bed so I could see if anybody stopped outside the door. I did not feel very safe and the next morning when I asked about my son getting part of the buffet breakfast as we were leaving to catch a fight which is included in the room fare, I was told that they could not accommodate that and then the clerk turned away from us and all we saw for the next 30 minutes until the shuttle arrived was his butt crack.

I booked a stay for New Years Eve on November 20th. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that the credit card provided by guestreservations.com was declined. I had to pay for the room at the hotel again (even though guestreservations.com already took my payment out of my account) and was advised that I had to get a refund from guestreservations.com. Seven days later, they are still looking into it!

They Lour you into believing you are dealing directly with the company then slip in a massive fee right at the end. If you dont catch it and try to cancel they wont let that happen under any circumstance. This is type of business should be illegal

Guest Reservations makes the process of reserving a hotel room easy. But, BEWARE if you are using them for a business trip. It is impossible to obtain a receipt that will pass muster for most financial auditing. The hell really begins when you try to contact Guest Reservations to request a "folio receipt". No matter what number you call, you end up at an AI voice system that is seriously, or entirely, devoid of the "I" in AI. Only two options, past or future reservations, if past, only option is to receive an email receipt which will not pass muster. The voice system has no other options. There is no way of reaching a human who can parse your request. Try the hotel and they will (after much effort on your part), tell you that the booking was made using Expedia (it is actually some shadowy corporation called hotelvalues. Call Expedia, and they refer you to the hotel (not their reservation, but at least you can get to a human who explains things). Track down your credit card or bank charge and get a new number. Back to AI lacking I hell.
Thus, once again: Business travelers, BEWARE. You do not want to use this company. It will cost you hours of sheer hell that will be unfruitful.

This company is a total scam. I booked a hotel that indicated was the Days Inn, when I arrived at the hotel it was NOT the Days Inn, hotel was horrible, disgusting, very dirty and not what the online pictures from guest reservations indicated. I verified with Days Inn corporate and they indicated they do own this particular hotel. Guest reservations would not refund my money, then said they would refund 50%, that was over 60 days ago! They keep saying it is in the chargeback team which is a joke. Guest reservations also indicated my credit card company rejected the refund, which is not true. I called my credit card company and they indicated they would never reject a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM!

The hotel failed to meet customer expectations during our two-day stay. The elevators were out of service for an entire day, leaving us stranded on the 25th floor until they eventually arranged access to the staff lifts after 2-3 hours. Additionally, there were no vegetarian food options available, which was highly disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Phoenix, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.
Raw Breakfast Served: The breakfast was disappointing, with food being served undercooked. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Unannounced Pool Closure: The pool was closed before the scheduled time, and there was no prior communication about this. It was very inconvenient.
Housekeeping Delays: The housekeeping staff didn't clean my room daily. They only did so after I returned from sightseeing, which disrupted my plans and comfort.
Non-Functional TV: The TV in my room wasn't working, and no efforts were made to fix it during my stay.
No Microwave in Room: A microwave is a basic amenity, but my room didn't have one, making it difficult to reheat meals or prepare small snacks.
No Concierge Services: There was no concierge available, which added to the inconvenience, especially for someone new to the area.
Rude Staff: The staff's attitude was unprofessional. They were rude and arrogant, which made the experience even worse.
Room Service Closed Early: The room service closed earlier than the mentioned hours, and there was no communication about the early closure, leaving me without dining options.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and missing amenities made this stay extremely disappointing. I expect better from Hilton and hope they address these issues to prevent such experiences in the future.

When booking online no total or fees breakdown was given. It wasn't until after credit card information was given that a total with nearly $70 of fees were disclosed and charged.

First, they canceled our reservation without telling us. We showed up and they had taken our money but refused to give us rooms. After a hour, the incompetent receptionist finally gave us horrible** rooms and made us book an extra room, costing us more money. These rooms couldn't have been worse. For example, the suspicious little black hairs found throughout the bathroom. With all of the hair and stains in this room it CLEARLY wasn't cleaned. Additionally, extremely disruptive and loud construction above us started at 8am and went on for 4hrs non stop. My sisters room was 80° all night because the AC broke and they couldn't fix it, so they slept overheated with the windows open (we're talking December in Times Square) all night. I considered sleeping outside at one point. I hate this place. Do not book here.

The main bar ran out of rum both my 1st and 2nd night here.
So, Ichangemydrink, but they say that drink isavailable at anotherbar. I go to that bar, they did not have the drink. I ended up getting tthe original drink i wanted but tasted like crap.
The attitude of bar staff is extremely negative. Ì assume being able to work at a resort is a great opportunity. If they are not happy with the job, leave.
Overall, the resort has taken a step down since my last visit a year ago.
There are several great points to the resort and should be taken into acount.

I was a FEMA evacuee and spent near two months (no other FEMA rate options available) and would not stay there again
Located near very busy HWY - lot of noise and emergency sirens
Expect to hear barking dogs, as it is "pet friendly"
Does not provide free comp breakfast, as Specifically advertised on THEIR website
Dirty floors, not maintained by staff. Do not provide ANY room service some days - staff not available
Expect to encounter a LOT of smokers, on their narrow hallways
One has to ask for bed linen to be changed, NOT done automatically
Terrible front desk management
Lax security and their room door entrance keys often fail (several times each week). Worse one can get a replacement key without providing any ID (not even asking for one's name) - ergo ANYONE could ask for YOUR room key and Get it!

Hi! I've stayed in many's hotel before, but have never left a negative review (even when things were less than ideal)
I l've stayed at the hotel Millennium Maxwell Nashville, I booked my vacation for 3 nights.
The night that I arrived They put me in a room and they were cockroaches all over the room, on the bed, on top of the toilet, on the walls, in the bathtub and also on the coffee maker, after I informed the receptionist at the hotel about the cockroaches, he put me in a different room that was even worse than the first one, full or nasty cockroaches everywhere. I when back to the reception and they put me in a 3er room that it was better than the 2 first one, but still were cockroaches everywhere.
I asked the receptionist to cancel my night stay because of the issue and he totally say not.
To be honest this Nasty-Nightmare hotel should be closed by the department of health. They are plenty cockroaches all over the building.

It has become our home away from home everything 5 star staff food service amenities pool cannot recommend highly enough this Resort nice close plenty great restaurants

Booked this hotel specifically because it has a rooftop bar.We were banned because of a "private event."We were not notified of this when we booked or I would not have booked!we were not the only ones upset.Also when we tried to go to rooftop bar we were rudely told that we were not allowed.will never book this hotel again

Answer: Yes there are many rooms have walk in showers, I have stayed a a nimber of rooms at the Medusa, If stairs are an issue there are a few rooms at ground level. I hope this helps
