I was there the weekend of the Taylor Swift covert. I booked our room far in advance to secure our room. As the time got closer I noticed they had a room for 1,500$ less for what I was paying. Same days, same amount of people. I was told the price was different because we were staying in a different room, when we got there we were put in the exact room I saw online. Expedia called for me to get the price adjusted and they were told it was not the same room. We were in room 909 2 double beds, accessible, refrigerator microwave with sofa bed for 2,081$ they charged me 3,500$ and will NOT give me a price adjustment. Total scam! I will never book here or with this hotel chain again!

A site with an approach bordering on a scam. Their page looks like the official hotel website. The prices displayed are in line with other platforms, but when finalizing the transaction, service fees written in tiny print increase the total by 30%. I acted too quickly and didn't notice that the amount had changed when proceeding to payment. I immediately called customer service (an outsourced call center) to cancel, but I was informed that the reservation was non-refundable. I feel like I've been robbed.

They will show you one price before asking you to confirm with your credit card and then charge you almost a third more in fees once you confirm. So you have no way to cancel the transaction. They then make it super hard to contact them.

I would have given 0 stars, but that is not an option. I made a reservation through this site, for a Canadian hotel. When I price checked against other sites, this one had the same pricing, or so I thought. Expedia listed the reservation for $139 all in, as did Guest Reservations, for a non-refundable, one night stay. However, it was not until I was billed for the reservation, through PayPal that I discovered that the price on Guest Reservations is actually in USD! I called their customer service line, only to be told that, sorry, it's non-refundable and that there was nothing they could do. I called the hotel directly, and they said that sorry, you have to deal with Guest Reservations. I should have went with Expedia. I'll know for next time...

We were at the hotel for about a couple of hours and left. The suite were were assigned was extremely run down: walls torn, bathroom awful, couch full of stains, towels stained too. The worst experience of our lives. Wish I could rate in negative numbers. It is outrageous to sell this hotel as four stars.

Rooms booked, not received. The rooms received were dirty, hair on beds and not connected like we asked. Rude staff both checking in and out, as well as breakfast. The man that does work in the hotel sleeps in the room with the breakfast staff right across from our room arguing, then going out. Would never recommend or EVER stay there again!

After you add in all your details. The payment transaction came back at €240.
There is no way to cancel your booking.
I was astonished at these charges.
I would recommend all customers to stay away from this booking site.

Visiting San Antonio for my birthday. I fiance booked the room. He booked a handicapp assisible room ( he's paralyzed)Veteran. When we arrived to the hotel to check in. We was told his room was already occupied. At that time I wanted to snap. He calmed me down. We went to the room on the 3rd floor dirty from the walls tto the floor and all in between. I carry my personal cleaning supplies every where I go. I began trying to clean. It was way to much. The bed was just a remake from the previous guest. The floors was grimes. Bath tub was dirty as well as sink, toilet and shower. Went back to front desk and we was assigned to the fourth floor. No much better. We settled in and had to go to wal mart to pick up a shower chair to take a shower. Did I mention we had been on the road for 12 hours. The conditions for living standards are extremely low. Doing the check out no incentive offered. I almost forgot breakfast horrible pork, powder eggs, toast offered everyday. Awful. Needless to say this will not be a hotel of interest anymore. Pictures dirty floors, dead roach, dirty walls, dirt and dust behind bed, looked under the bed it was a knife and a hair roller.

I check in here because I want quiet room and better price. Room is neat, but the problem is non stop banging the door, making noise every minute it's beside my room they doesn't even care the people who is resting and sleeping in the middle of night, this room is non noise proof you can hear them talking in the other room, including opening and closing the door. Talking so loud in the whole way ( mostly housekeeping worker) and people who is walking. Please! Advised your house keeping not talking so loud in the whole way, someone sleeping.

Had to rebook the room to a different date, when I called the hotel itself they said they were fine with rebooking at another date for free but couldn't change the reservation because it was through guestreservations.com. When I called the booking company they said the cancellation/rebooking fee was $275.14 PER ROOM, which was only $100.00 less than the total booking itself!
The website says bookings are FREE CANCELLATION within 24 hours but that is UNTRUE. I have reported the company to the better business bureau as a scam. They also have promoted ads that show up before the hotel website itself and makes it seem as if they are the hotel website.

I noticed the cost WAS NOT what was initially offered. Within 3 minutes of my reservation, I called the customer service line to cancel my reservation. The website said reservations could be cancelled. However, when I called I was told the reservation was NOT able to be cancelled.

We booked our hotel stay on what we thought was the actual hotel website, that is until we realized that we were overcharged by 145$ CAD. We then realized that this third part uses very a deceiving website that looks like the owners. They charges this extra $145 as taxes and fees. The hotel stay was 2 nights! They charged us a full thirs night in fees. Absolutely worst customer service, they were not helpful at all. Stay away! This company is nothing like expedia, who you are much much better off going with if not directly through the website.

Unbelievable! When booking for hotel back in August I booked for the 31st and check out on the 1st. After confirming payment and checking my email they switched the dates on me! To Aug 29th the day I booked. I wasn't even in town yet! After multiple calls to both hotel and them explaining what had happen they refused to refund my money.
