This place has roaches! It's so disgusting! There were roaches and a toe nail in our room. The smell is bad! The worse smell you can imagine. Do not stay here! The front desk was unhelpful and did not offer to reimburse us. We had to leave to find a different hotel. It was so bad.

We just booked a hotel reservation through guestreservations.com for a short vacation that we want to go on tomorrow. Before confirming, we double checked the reservation (including double checking the dates). To our surprise, though, when we received the confirmation email it listed the reservation as starting today (with the same ending date). That is to say, they added an extra day onto our reservation - and charged us for it. This is in addition to the fact that the prices listed on their site did NOT included taxes - and those were also added (which we also did not see/notice until we got the confirmation email).
In short, when we received the confirmation email, it was for more and for longer than what we had ordered.
Within minutes, we contact customer service and asked them to cancel the order. They said they could not do that. We asked why not given that this is not what we ordered - but all we were told was that there is nothing that they can do about it. At some point in this conversation, the line went dead. We don't know if he hung up on us or it was a technical problem - but either way there was no longer anyone to talk with.
So, we tried again. This time we just asked them to fix the reservation. Again, we were told that there was nothing they could do.
At this point, recognizing that we were getting nowhere, we asked to speak to a manager and/or her superior. We were told that she was an authorized representative and had all the authority needed to deal with this issue and therefore would not let us speak with anyone else.
So, in summary, it was about as bad an experience as we could have had and we have no intention of ever using them again.

I booked a reservation with https://www.guestreservations.com/, the room rate was $168.00. After booking, I received notice from my credit card that they added an additional $80.00 in fees. After I realized that they added the fees I tried to cancel the reservation and they wanted to charge me an additional cancellation fee.

What a dive. Dirty room. 1 bed had no blanket. The other had a blanket but had more cigarette burns than I could count. 1 bath towel for 2 people. Ice machine has to be plugged in as the auger runs all the time. The parking lot sounded like a brothel all night and looked like a pot distribution center in the morning. Desk clerk didn't give back my ID. Called 3 days later and swore it would be mailed the next day. 6 days after this they still had it. One week later they didn't have it anymore but I sure haven't seen it. If I had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate to sleep in my vehicle. Good luck if you stay here.

I made a huge mistake booking from this site. The rooms look cheap at first but its add on payments such as service fees made the rooms so expensive. Then they dont have customer service available online and only needs to call.
Now, i cannot even ask for hotel receipts and guest folio. For business traveler stay out of this site. It is too expensive better to go to Agoda or Booking.com. Because it is cheaper and also provides payment invoice.

Parking fee is $20 per car per night here. Parking tight and sparce. They do have security in center section parking lot if you can get a spot.
Made reservation weeks ahead on the IHG app. Fee total shown at check in and parking was not described as such.
At check in desk clerk asked to initial a few spots. Last one stated $20 fee to park car. My app stated no such thing as $ amt to park.
He scrolled down on my phone to find heading of parking. Ah there it was, 4 scrolls down.
IHG app gave me a total of my 2 nights and parking was not discussed nor added into my total agreed.
Desk clerk started bargaining the fee per night down to zero. He should have not went to all these steps. Management should allow clerk to see the mistake and fix immediately. Cancelled these 2 nights of reservations. This was not a third party reservation either. We ended up at another hotel and stayed 3 nights. Establishment lost over $600 and all those other fees, in rates due to the parking fee conundrum. IHG said there seems to be many questions of many dollar amounts of parking fee rates once they started them.

They added $71.86 to a $178.68 hotel bill. Thought I was on a Marriott site but got redirected. Please pay attention to the website or just call hotel direct. Very unethical.

Very tricky pricing shown. You don't see the total price until after you have committed to pay. It ends up more expensive than alternatives. Also room shown was not what we booked which led to an unpleasant surprise when we checked in.

Our suite was beautiful however, their fire alarm went off twice, during our stay, due to a water pressure issue. Not sure how often it happens but, it can't be good for business. We won't stay here again.

Pure deception! Definitely don't use it to book hotel rooms. They show an attractive room rate, but when you select the room rate, enter and confirm your personal- and credit card details, hundreds of euros extra are deducted. This means your room costs more than double than on other websites.

The site looked like the hotel site with the name of the hotel in the web address. On tip of the room rate and calculated in the final price was a 1300 euro charge for booking that goes to Guest Reservations. It wasn't clear and it's only when you process the booking that you realise and it's too late. Go directly to the hotel you want and avoid this site or pay the price like we did. Very deceptive.

Room was very hot, a/c did not work and when I contacted front desk they proceeded to tell me they would put in a work request instead of switching the room. Remote was also not supplied for tv in room and I needed to request that as well. Poor service! Comparable to a motel honestly

This company is a very good example of legal but unethical. The site emulates legitimate hotel websites and gives you no subtotal or charge overviews prior to completing the booking, so it's a shock when you see the surprise charge of more than 50% for "taxes and fees." Then you are given dead end customer service loops when you attempt to contact them and are told that you can cancel the reservation but will not be given a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
