I attempted to book one night on this website. The dates were correct. The amount was correct. I put in my credit card information, and it was approved. My receipt had different days and a different amount on it. I called to let the company know and they refused to correct the issue. I did not want to cancel, I requested the error on their end to be corrected. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

They will rip you off! I made a reservation for one night and they changed the days after I entered my credit card information. I called the company to let them know there was an error and they absolutely refused to make any adjustments what so ever.

We made reservations for a stay at Surf Chateau Hotel on Buena Vista, CO. They use Guest Reservations as their online way of blokong from their site. The room was $410 per night. After inputting data and credit card information no subtotal displayed, instead it automatically transacted a total of $772 for one night! That is a 60-70% upcharge without any information of added fees. I would have expected some tax but the way they advertised was very false and shady in my opinion. They do let you cancel with a full refund but how many people are getting taken with this cruddy checkout method?

I've made an error in my booking and wanted to cancel the reservation to start from scratch. I sent a message in their system within 20 minutes. They did not react on that and now they tell me the cancellation costs me 1200 USD - from a 1400 USD booking. Never seen before and I can only recommend to everyone NOT to use this so called company!

Crooks

This website is miss leading and a bunch of crooks taking money for no services provided. Lead to believe that u can cancel a stay within the time frame allowed and be refunded which I did! Instead they just steal your money and tell u too bad will tell everyone I know to not use this crappy hotel reservation website

PURPOSEFULLY MISLEADING

This site misleads you into thinking you are booking direct with the hotel but then charges a ton of fees. AVOID and check your URLs before submitting anything.

Motel 6 would be comparable

Very disappointed! They don't give you hand soap unless you ask. The bottles of shampoo/body wash were empty and housekeeping was gone for the day. Valet is mandatory for $32/night, and my car was only 20 ft away! But I couldn't go get it myself. Staff was mediocre. Breakfast is $8 now, used to be free. Pool and gym not available without warning. As a travel agent, I would never refer anyone here.

Worse customer service

They would not honour my CAA membership, for a discount. The Daily mandatory charge is just another name for the Niagara tourism tax and will not refund it. The hotel even charged this fee for parking. The amount is exactly the same percentage as the Niagara tourism tax. Yes, you can get refunds for the Niagara tourism tax. I sent a email about it and was ignored. Stay away unless you want to pay more money.

Booked 5 rooms on this website. Thought I was on the hotel website because they make it look like you are booking directly through the hotel. I was booking rooms to attend a funeral, so wasn't in the best of mind sets. Booked something by mistake, and realized I had also mistakenly booked the non cancellable feature. I called within 1 minute of the booking, and was told - sorry - no cancellation policy can't be changed. In addition to that, the fees charged for each room was over $100 so in the end, the cost was way higher than I would have paid through any other website.

Terrible!

It is unbelievable that more than a month before the reservation date, this hotel does not allow cancellation without penalty. We understand that the refund is not 100% but they do not even consider the possibility of charging a moderate percentage. The cancellation is for medical issues, not on a whim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They lack humanity

Hidden fees and no cancellations

I went on the website to book a room at Laquita Hotel in Shreveport, Louisiana for a funeral I planned to attend. 1 King size bed suite was advertised as $99.00 refundable before 3:59 of the following day. When I book the room the price jumped to 154.00 non refundable as I hit the confirmed button written in small letter. Tried to stop the transaction to no reveal. Didn't work! I advise this is false advertisement but representative tried to convince me otherwise. She said if I cancel I lose all my money for the room. Offered me a $15.00 discount and that makes the room $144.00 hahaha am I supposed to be stupid when the cost was 99.00 + taxes. Also told me that Laquita made the rules. I ask for a manager and need to wait 1-2 hours for a return call. I am needless to say greatly upset over foolishness. The most they could have done was gave me the price of the room advertised with taxes. Don't book with this third party company.

Absolutely SCAM

Beware people. We made a registration through this place. It advertised $1,000 and charged us 3x the amount. The hotel only has a virtual dodgy credit card and has no details of who the companies are that make these bookies. We have identified 3 companies behind this and no one is helping resolve it.

If you would like to lose your money book with them! I requested one room for one night woke up the next morning. They charge me $1700
Cancelled my rooms told me they would give my money back never did I have no hotel and they got paid for 4! They said the system glitched and then cancelled my rooms to refund me never refunded me my money horrible people

The website crashed before finalizing our booking, I repeat we did not complete the booking due to the website crashing. We needed to go back in reenter our info to book the room. After hitting complete reservation we noticed our bank account was charged twice due the this crashing.
The customer service rep work for work said that it was our fault and due to the cancellation policy we would not get a full refund. As a reminder we did not submit the first booking due to the website crashing. If you read the list of complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website you will see there are numerous complaints where individuals run into this same scam.
We are perplexed by the cancellation terms the rep was referencing considering we never booked anything.

Maybe not a scam but not credible or quality

Neither of the confirmation numbers emailed to me after booking worked when we checked in after calling them and then giving me another confirmation number I gave that to the hotel they informed me that booking number was on someone else's name completely, but with our card info.
