Maybe not a scam but not credible or quality

Neither of the confirmation numbers emailed to me after booking worked when we checked in after calling them and then giving me another confirmation number I gave that to the hotel they informed me that booking number was on someone else's name completely, but with our card info.

This company is a rip off

Be careful how you make your reservation. When I was making the reservation, I hit the paint button by mistake and he was the wrong date on there. So I tried to call back and let them know that the date that I purchased was the wrong date and they wouldn't honor it. This was a minute later not only that they charge this ridiculous fee to book. Do yourself a favor call the hotel straight that you're trying to book. You'll save your land yourself a lot of money and a big headache.

BEDBUGS!

I would give them a minis 10 if I could! Reported bedbugs and they did not even seemed surprised! Hidden fees…lying front desk person! Manger no better! Overpriced hotel….zero customer service! Do not stay here! Charges not indicated to us for an overpriced breakfast along with a tip for a non existent breakfast, charge for parking, we stay a lot of place but none this terrible!

Charged us for the sheets

They are criminal... charge people left and right. Please do not stay here. They charged us for dirty sheets when they didn't even warn us and we stayed there for 2 weeks last year and this year. They just want to make a profit and do not want to provide any service to the guests.

Terrible experience

It is a fake site. Charging extra fees and arranging hotel not on their name, on agoda and no way to cancel or change the reservation. Their email doesn't work, no chance to change anything and paying more than hotel price. Don't use this site never

Horrible customer service

A booking error made from a grieving parent and immediately called to speak to someone about the error only to be charged 398.00 for me choosing the wrong night. Horrible experience... be forewarned the third party booking company is a scam.

There were only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people in each of the rooms we were sent to. In each of these rooms, only 1 bed had a blanket and the other only sheets, which were stained and covered in mold on the bottom. Our first room was filthy and the TV didn't work so we were moved to a 2nd room, where the refrigerator didn't work and the 2nd room was also filthy. Stained sheets and all. The 3rd room was dirty but everything worked ok. In this room we found bedbugs and killed 2 roaches. Luckily we had not unloaded anything in the room and just left and asked for a refund. I wish giving negative stars was a "thing" because this hotel truly deserved it. Honestly this hotel should be shut down by the board of health immediately. Run as fast as you can away from this travesty they call a "hotel". The only positive experience was that the staff was friendly and tried to be super helpful but seemed to know ALL of the issues that (I'm sure) were continuously being made by all of the people staying there. On addition, there was a sign saying "no breakfast, only coffee" when their website clearly offered breakfast. Their website also said there was a pool and a hottub, but the pool was extremely dirty and the hottest was filled in with concrete. I am attaching photos of some of the issues, just so everyone knows that what I am saying is the truth. I truly felt bad for every person that was forced to stay there since the could not get a refund. Mind you, i paid $300 for this room for 2 nights through priceline, who luckily were willing to issue me a full refund. I am utterly disguisted!

Misleading Website

I still have not figured how I ended up booking via there website, I believe it might have been a targeted pop up advert when I was looking at a genuine hotel booking site. I'm also unsure how they can trade in a market where they are required to publish the full price. I had hit confirm before I realised the actual price was 25% more then the listed price, and when I contacted there support team, they didn't even respond. Totally misleading website, who use an agent called hotel beds to make the final booking.

Horrible customer service!

I had two prepaid rooms the night we were to get into Kalispell. We, unfortunately, got caught up in the stupid delta/crowdstrike software issue and our flights were cancelled. No more flights into Kalispell for two days, so we had to cancel our glacier trip. The park reservations people were awesome and refunded our money. What did the grouse mountain lodge do when I called? They gave me an email address, the person I emailed never got back to me, then they rebooked our rooms. I know that because they contacted me to tell me I left a hoodie in my room. What a nice business….NOT!

BEWARE!

I would give zero stars if I could!
The hidden fees almost doubled the room cost. And when we realize this immediately after booking, we called to cancel. They said even though it had been just a few minutes that we'd have to pay $1000 to cancel! The customer service person we talked to practically laughed at us for thinking they could help us.

On August 28th at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon while walking into the hotel I was met by a large male employee and he demanded that I leave the property in which as begged for an explanation and the walked by him angrily off the property, further investigation through calling them I was accused of sneaking my very small emotional support cat into the hotel because I walked through the front door holding his bed his and his little home and the litter box and the cat litter as well as his carry case and water and bowl all of that in plain sight. They also charged me 50$ and called me a liar and accused me of trying to scam them they are all extremely rude never go there you will hate it!

Waste of COST

The resort was too long from pondicherry. It was located in Viluppuram district, to Pondicherry have travel appro 30-35 km to the white town.
The cleanliness and maintanence of the resort was not that great.
The furnitures and the condition of the gadgets were really pathetic.
Not worth the money.

Absolutely horrible

They booked us for an extra night that we already had a reservation for. We called after checking our bank account and let them know the situation. Customer rep was rude and informed us that the $ was already taken out of our account and we didn't cancel in that alloted time frame. Um why would we, we didn't know we had a 2nd reservation. She didn't like my husband's tone so she hung up on him. Lesson learned.

Parking near Airport - VERY DECEIVING! It says 24/7 on the site. NO It's NOT. My flight got in at 10:50 pm and I called and they said the parking man went home it stopped at 10:30! So I had to spend ANOTHER $30 for a taxi to the Hampton Inn. A 2 mile ride! I'll NOT park there again, forget it. Not right. They should NOT say 24/7 on the add at all! I'll park at the airport, it's only $6 a nite for those of you who need it.!

This website disguises itself as the hotel website. While I was trying to read the terms of the booking, the website automatically booked my room. I did not press confirm or book or give my consent in any way to book the room. I immediately called and explained what happened and they agreed to cancel the room but refused to refund my money. What a scam. Make sure you make sure you go to hotel website and avoid the ridiculous fees this group charges.

Rip off. My stated $85 room charge ended up $195

Do NOT use Guest Reservations! I booked accidentally through the site thinking that I was booking directly with the hotel. I was booking 10 months in advance and wanted to make sure that I could cancel without penalty, and read something that I had until a week before to cancel. When I got my email confirmation, however, the email read that it was non-refundable. I called immediately and was told that they would probably honor my cancellation and refund me as I had booked so far in advance. I was later told that I would NOT receive a refund per their policy. I feel like this was a bait and switch, and when I tried to get help from my credit card company, they said that the company's policy had been shared with me.

I could understand if the reservation was for that evening or even that week, but I called 10 months in ADVANCE of the reservation to cancel. The customer service is atrocious, and I also was surprised by the hidden fees. I can not express enough how awful this company is.

Very deceptive. Save your money call the hotel you booking directly.
They charge you over a $100 more than what the hotel will charge you. Will tell you its the last room available. All Lies. Charge in US dollars and give you that disclaimer once they have processed your card. DO NOT SAY YES TO ANYTHING. CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY NOT USING THE DECOY WEBSITE THEY HAVE THAT IMPOSTS HOTEL WEBSITES!
