Quick and easy unfortunately I was given a shock when my order went up from 71.00 to 89.00 because of tax and other services I would like to be given a reason for this as I didn't see this on the original website it was only after I had given my credit card details and paid that it went up by 18 pounds so for that reason I have marked down

I thought I made an online reservation for St.Joseph,Missouri. It was St. Joseph, Muchigan. After my confirmation I realized my mistake I called customer service. I ended up talking to three representatives. They were kind and fabulous! They contacted the hotel in Michigan and they refunded my money and helped me make a reservation for St. Joseph, Missouri. The three gals went 200% above and beyond. I will be making all my resets with guest reservations from now on. But maybe I will do the phone line.
