Simple and easy reservation process. Everything went smoothly. I was attending my father's memorial services, so it was great to have a simple process.

Holiday Inn Express exceeded our expectations; was very clean and robided an adequate breakfast. Guadalupe our breakfast attendant was particularly attentive to my husband who uses a walker. When we return to visit again, will definitely stay in Emmaus,PA Holiday. Wonders stay. At a great value too.

Rip off ur recovery fees and taxes r a complete over the top consumer taken advantage of rip off. Hilton should b ashamed of themselves. U just lost my business and I have been a very long time customer. Bill was $131. Fees were 54+. Total was $191.+. I thought I was getting a good deal till I saw total charges:

Do not use this company. They add an extra 3rd on in tax and fees when you get to the small print/final confirmation. Tried call centre for refund and got left on hold for 15 minutes then rude to and hung up on by Kathy with a K. Finally got through to someone who listened but not holding out hope on a refund. No supervisors available to escalate call either.
