I really enjoyed my stay here, the amenities were nice plus they had a good valet service, Ashton brought my car up on a timely manner and was very respectful. That checkout was nice and easy, to the morning receptionist was very nice. I definitely will come back and i recommend this hotel to anyone interested.

Rushes to your room soon as you leave GM begins with taking tip roots through your garbadge taking anything she desires all left over food gets returned to breakfast bar including fruit she's dug out of your garbadge! I'm betting it's not even washed so disgusting! So cheap there no laundry person! Nothing folded taken out thrown into bins so much hair there in sheets! GM stole gift cards that were for employees she took it upon her self to keep all of the X Mas gift cards for her self! This site is a scam! They portray themselves as being the actual hotel website. They charged me $332.10 and found out after I hung up they weren't the actual hotel when a friend of mine told me they paid over $100 less. I immediately called back and wouldn't cancel out without a charge of $241.32, would only give back $90 and some change. They are very deceiving saying it's their cancellation policy but their website portrays the actual hotel and they bill as the hotel name. To not return money after immediately calling back is very dishonest and a scam. Had to rebook through hotel so actually ended up paying double since scam site wouldn't return money. Shame on you!

They disguise their service as if they are actually the hotel. IF you actually are able to get a room ( I did not) you will greatly overpay. Stay away from this company, their customer service is a bunch of criminals that will just run you thought multiple loops of holds you until you go away.

**very nasty scam**. This really is what this platform is. They heavilly advertise hotel rooms for a certain price, then they add non-sensical fees (~70% in my case!) **after** the place you have entered your credit card informations and validated the payment. This is *obviously* done to con people, since the resulting final price is way more expensive than booking from the hotel and nobody would see any sense in booking though them just to have the pleasure to pay such absurd fees.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everything a little substandard. Ie complimentary coffee tea in Lobby but no muffins etc. coffee with meal more than the meal. Lighting in room and bathroom very dim. Bed not comfortable and pillows small. The room was large. Staff generally ok but not excited to be overly helpful. Room didn't update new cups on second day. I'm comparing this to the Comfort Inn in Buffalo and just rated it 5 stars.

As with the rest of the hundreds or more than likely thousands of people; this company has not responded. Thank you to pissed consumer for being an outlet for the consumer. Based on the amount of complaints against guest reservations It's just a fact that some companies can have a "F" rating with the BBC and also with Pissed Consumer and still operate freely.

I paid Euro 906 to them for room bookings and they charged me an additional Euro 457 for 'taxes, cleaning, recovery fees'. They disguise their website to look very like the hotel website which is part of the trickery. They seem to be linked to getaroom.com. I have emailed them to no avail. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM!

The company is a scam. It showed one price per night, never showed fees. When I put in my credit card, the screen went blank for a few seconds and wouldn't refresh until the credit card went through and it had added an astronomical fee. To add to that, it then notifies you that it's non-refundable. I called and they refused to cancel and give refund. Only offered a slight "discount". Will make sure everyone I know is aware of this company. Already posted on fb. Stay clear of them!

Rented a room near Tampa with this company. My brother and son each rented the same type of room on the same floor through the hotel itself. Their rooms were $558 each for two nights. Guestreservations charged us $771. Be careful!

I was online looking to book a room the night before my son's open heart surgery. As I was going going through the reservation, I got a call from my son's doctor that I had to take. When I opened the page back up to continue with my reservation the page said thank you for completing your reservation with us. I then looked and saw the price was double what was originally quoted. I paid $162 for the room and $140 in fees. When I tried to call to cancel the reservation (that I didn't even make) they told me it was nonrefundable and that if I canceled I would be charge $190. I explained that I did not ever submit the reservation and the representative was very rude and said that there was no other way it would've booked the room unless I pressed the button at the end. I am very upset because we are already paying thousands in medical bills and could not afford to pay double for a room we were staying in one night. The 1st representative said I was not able to speak to a supervisor but when I called back and talked with the 2nd representative she told me that I could but then came back and said that the supervisor was in a 3 hour meeting and couldn't talk. I will never use that website again and I would highly encourage everyone else to avoid the website at all possible. After you put your card information in, the website will confirm the reservation without you ever continuing. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER SEEN!

Fraudulent business practices! Beware...
This company advertises a lower rate than booking directly with the hotel however after you agree to book on their website "fees" are added on that you are not shown until after you pay them. When you immediately realize you've been taken advantage of they have a cancellation fee that amounts to 75% of the original booking. Don't deal with this company.
