Completely horrible. The photos are what you get when you book a Superior Ocean View room (and pay for it). Check in was long and rather than being helpful were argumentative. If you are not an owner avoid this place as you will be treated like a second class guests. The best part is as you are walking away frustrated to have two of the front desk people laughing at you because they know there is nothing you can do about it.
When you google the hotel name, the site that appears among the first is infact a hotel site simulation owned by "guest reservation". And you do not realize until the final credit card payment in which an extra charge of 270 euros is applied.The hotel receives the reservation from booking.com therefore there is no trace of guest reservation anywhere, not even on the credt card charge. STAY AWAY

Be carful the pricing was unclear and they tend to look just like the official site of the hotel. On a $150 room I ended up aping an extra $86 for "Hotel charges and tax". Well the tax is only 15% and when i checked with the hotel the rooms were $150 no extra charges (tax $22.5 total) do the math. Paid in full so I can not even cancel with out an extremely high cancelation fee. I will know better next time not to use this service. Watch your self... So disappointed.

Why do companies use deceptive practices to get customers. This company dresses their website up so it appears to be the hotel. They quote a rate for the hotel and when you confirm they increase the price by 80 percent for their fees. I called immediately once I received their email and they refused to cancel the reservation. Whether it is guest reservations.com,getaroom.com or priceline.com this is a total rip off. I immediately called my credit card company and reported the fraud and I called the hotel and reported the fraud to them as I was not going to stay in a hotel that they made the reservation for since they may try to rip me off again.

Staff not competent when asked for jacuzzi to be hot. Pool was dirty, beer bottles and people with their shoes and clothes in the spa. No rules. Very disappointed as my friend took me for my birthday. Hotel was cheap but quality was terrible.

Surfed internet for local hotels last minute (because my flight was canceled) their website had rooms@ 150. When I called to reserve was quoted 350?! Asked clerk why so expensive considering website 150?! Was told room "Marijuana" room? I said just got off airplane? Don't have nor do marijuana? Lol? Wtf? So buyer beware.

Website is an easy read and booking prices are inline with the actual hotel I was booking. Then I noticed the additional changes added where 50%+. Tried contacting them 1st through the website number then through the payment number 1st had no knowledge of a booking second automated number that you get nowhere with as you need a bookings number. This I haven't received as no notification was sent in the 1st case. Called the hotel to confirm booking they've sent me confirmation with the actual cost of the room 100$ less and apart from my name all details changed. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

The pool was supposedly just filled up but it was just as cold two weeks ago, the service of reserving a room was bad. The pool was super cold as long with the hot tub.

For a recent hotel booking in Rotterdam I was charged an extra 40% above the hotel rate for this booking service which is completely unjustified. The name is deceptive as you think you are using the hotel's own reservation site. They did offer a small goodwill refund but I am £80 out of pocket after paying a hotel bill of 235 euros.

Too bad I can't leave 0 stars. This is a rip off company. I made a hotel reservation feeling I was reserving a room for approximately $150 per night. When I clicked make the reservation, Guest Reservations snuck in about a $90 fee, bringing the total to about $240. I will be looking for Guest Reservations going forward. I reserved a presidential suite online for the 23rd of Feb. Afterwards I get an email for an executive suite. I called they told me that they couldn't change it, or refund me, so I called hotel and they informed me there were no presidential suites available on that date. So the online booking just booked another room without my consent and now want to give me a 5 percent refund if I want to cancel. Totally unacceptable.

The employees refused to accommodate me and my children after making an accident in my booking with it saying the room was for two adults where it was actually for 1 adult and 2 children. On their website their policies claim that they can accommodate children for free as well as free breakfast. Furthermore, they asked for id from my children and claimed it was on their policies and i checked twice and it was not there! Theyre both immoral and filthy liars. Do not book from this hotel if you want good customer service! People deserve to be treated with kindess and respect from employees.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Camille Centeno, the Sales Manager helped us booked our suite. It has a small kitchen, a good size ref, microwave and dining table. The front desk staff arranged for our ride to the airport as well. This hotel is very close to "The Mega mall". The room is big. The Hotel staff took good care of us. Thank you to Camille.

I booked at Holiday Inn Hong Kong Causeway and had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances however when I booked through booking.com it gave me the option to pay at property however unbeknown to me Holiday Inn swiped my card for the full amount of USD$2,666.81 and will not refund I tried explain that I have opted to pay at property and yet they swiped my card for the full amount. They will not refund my money in full so I am suing Holiday Inn & Booking.com for false advertising on both their parts. To date no one has called to resolve my issue
