Beware of the lack luster staff here. The front lobby, bell hops, and staff at the tables were the worst! Missed our shuttle paid 80$ for a ride, no one cared. Got here and they didn't even have our reservation. I showed them I had online checked in even! Missed a whole day due to their errors- they didn't care!

I thought I was on the Hotel Web site and was making a reservation that was just holding the room, but was instantly charged the full price of the room. When I cancelled the reservation it turned out to be non-refundable. I had a terrible time getting ahold of a person in Customer Service (they would not give me a direct number to call, only transferred my call. I feel that I was duped into believing that this was the hotel website and was scammed into a prepay non-refundable transaction.

This booking site is at best miss leading and has no morals, you need to be very careful as you place dates in for two nights but only gives you a cost for one night, when processing your credit card it takes double and you only know about it on the confirmation email. When talking with customer care there is no care or understanding of the they were happy to cancel and take 3/4 of the money or offer a measly $120 discount. Will never recommend or use this site again and will go out of my way to advise others of this despicable company taking advantage of hard working people.

I called and booked a room directly to receive a group rate for an event I was attending on Mar 9. I arrived at 4 pm on Mar 9 and was rudely informed that my reservation was cancelled because it was for Mar 8-10. I told them I never canceled and only booked 1 night and wanted to know when and who canceled. After many eye rolls from the female manager, I stood and watched the clerks speaking, stating there was 2 reservations. One for 8-10, which I never booked, and another for 9-10. Apparently, they decided since I didn't show up for 8th, they canceled both. I kept questioning
And between the sighs and dirty looks, I was informed they tried to call but when asked what number, she looked at the screen which obviously didn't have one, and said whatever one was on there. I was never told who canceled, never apologized to, never offered any kind of reparation. Only attitude and dirty looks and the obvious conclusion this was only my problem. This is after my first stay, one month prior, I was told to pay a $25 fee to check in ONE hour early, cash only btw. I'm sure I bought her a nice lunch.

They fool you into believing you are on the hotels site and quote the price. It's not until you enter your credit card details and pay that you realize they've added a lot of nonsense charges. I just got scammed out of $78 more than I would have paid if I'd booked through expedia,

Do not use this platform, I made a reservation at a wrong location by error, called this horrible business less than 2 minutes after I made the reservation they refuse to give me a refund, horrible people that lie and steal, I think it ridiculous that this review required me to at least select one star because this business deserves no stars

Yes, you can get a good price for a nights stay. BUT AT WHAT COST? No breakfast, no cable, spotting WiFi with no internet, non working hair dryers. Disgusting tub/shower, no cups, no wash clothes. Not a useable pool/hot tub. Fitness room closed. Ice machine unplugged full of dirt. No maid service for our 4 day stay. Absolutely horrible pillows. We reserved and pre-paid for 2 rooms on internet from website, so couldn't cancel. Inaccurate web description. Rating does not reflect this property!

The security at this hotel robbed me. I woke up at 8 and went across the street to get a red bull and they would not let me back in claiming this was not my hotel. Well turns our my debit card records show that it was definitely my hotel. They called the cops and I had to bribe them with the $300 in my wallet. There was 1$7k in my back pack that was in my room along with all my clothe, passport, and phone. I never got my stuff back. This was the worst experience you could ever imagine. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Stayed one night. Door would not close unless you slammed it. Obviously a safety concern. We could see into the hallway from inside the door on the left side. Could not believe it. Could hear the guests in the next room through attaching door. So that has not been maintained. Wires exposed on air conditioner on right side. Can you say fire hazard. Hotel used to be nice just now a dirty old place.

I am guest in room 2115, find the worst service from staff and reception. I needed water glasses and plates and spoon to have dinner, i have been asked to go to restaurant and get it yourself, we are under staff and we can provide requested service.

A duplicate reservation was booked by mistake within 2 min of each other. It was caused by an internet glitch. The customer care team said they were working on getting it resolved but ultimately decided to bill me for two separate room reservations despite only needing one.

The hotel accommodations are suitable. However, if you choose to go to the saloon to enjoy yourself, be prepared to fight your way to the dance floor amongst angry line dancers who will say rude comments like "get some lessons" and physically push you out of the way almost causing a fight. In fact the hotel itself called the police on one of these individuals last year and they only spoke with her after she shoved my husband at a running speed across the dance floor because he was dancing in the middle while the line dancers had the edge and the bar manager still let her stay. This year the 24 of us who all had rooms and come here every year were again physically pushed by a man who thought it was a good idea to shove 2 men off the floor and almost caused a brawl. All for what? They want not just the middle or not just the edge… they want the WHOLE floor. We were "in trouble" no matter where we danced. Corners, center or edge. These line dancers need to get a life. They took something that should be fun and turn it into a fight. Nobody has the right to lay hands on someone and they should have been escorted out. I witnessed one woman physically take her own husband or boyfriend and push him into us to make it appear we were in their way. It was total craziness. On a positive note the band was awesome!
