Poor customer service. Treatment of employees to clients is not fare. We paid for additional bed but until now 7:19pm, requests not provided. (Message sent since 3pm). No towels, incomplete toiletries, no complimentary water (delivered but upon request).
Absolute delightful place to stay. Beautiful surroundings and gardens. Everthing was spotless and our beautiful room Rosemary was what you would expect from a high class B&B. Could not fault it. The evening meal on offer was well worth it. English breakfast was also nice, but would recommend their evening meals on menu. Met some local lads in bar, who were so friendly and welcoming. Big mention to Charles who made our stay so good, as front of house person he was the best, and also our waitress Faith. Thank you for sharing this beautiful retreat away from humdrum life *********

The Inn is historically quaint and beautiful. Conveniently located to many restaurants,
Shopping, golf courses, etc. Rooms are adequately sized, clean, beds are comfortable, your choice from the breakfast options are delivered to your room each morning, at your pre-set time. The pool, lakeside, is warm, inviting, and surrounded by the most beautifully kept flowers and shrubs. Chicanes Restaurant and Bar, inside the Inn, has delicious food, drinks, and quick service.
And last but not least, the entire Staff is professional, accommodating and very friendly. Sergio's attention to detail, and helpfulness, did not go unnoticed by our group of 16 lady golfers with Carts and Cocktails this past weekend.
Alyra is always professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating to our needs, when working with her to set up our golf packages for Sebring.
Bottom line, you can't go wrong staying at Inn On The Lakes!

If I could give no stars. I would. Absolutely awful customer service. We made the mistake of reserving a room for three nights via guest reservations.com Prior to reserving a room, I read over cancellation policies under FAQ and it clearly states you may lose $25 by canceling and 0.00 for modifying reservation. I realized right after I made the reservation that the dates were incorrect and I needed dates a week prior. I cancelled the reservation following the directions of how to cancel and modify according to FAQ but was informed all $1851 was non refundable. I called Guestreservations.com and they said there was nothing they could do accept request from the hotel partner a waiver for a refund. The mysterious hotel partner at this company is a silent partner and guest reservations.com personnel are not allowed to disclose who it is. This mysterious partner said no too. I asked to reinstate the original dates I reserved. Not convenient but we'd make it work. Again, the answer was no. They said that if the hotel, Scandinavia Ishavshotel agreed to allow cancellation without penalty, a refund would be issued. I called Scandinavia Ishavshotel and spoke to hotel reception and when she looked up our reservation, we had until 6pm the day of our reservation to cancel and receive a full refund. Now I'm really confused because Guestreservations.com said the hotel penalties were applied. She provided an email for hotel management to request refund approval. Their response was no. What a scam! I will never stay at this hotel. I'm from US but mostly Norwegian and this trip was about visiting my home country. Already have a bad taste. Stay at a hotel that won't take $1851 from your account and you get absolutely NOTHING. Guestreservations.com is out of Dallas, Texas. Way to go guestreservations.com taking advantage of US military members.

Wouldn't allow me to give the zero stars earned. I believed I was on the website for the hotel I was booking but it turned out to be a page impersonating the actual hotel site. The deceit did not end there. After selecting a room/rate I was prompted to enter my payment information. There was no visible breakdown of rates, fees, taxes, and total on this page. The button at the bottom of the page had two arrows pointing to the right in a deliberate attempt to lead one to believe the missing information/final authorization would be on the next page. Clicking the button in reality was the authorization and acceptance of the total which I later learned was concealed in the fine print under the button. When I realized what happened I began immediately calling/emailing to cancel because I was charged hundreds of dollars more than others who booked the same hotel and almost $500 more than I expected. Also concealed in fine print was a "no refund" cancelation policy for this amazing rate I was getting. Calls go to some folks in India that the company is taking advantage of. They read scripts. They can't help you. Email resulted in scripted auto-replies with minor edits. The hotel can't help either because they aren't affiliated with these crooks.
To GuestReservations.com- I hate your company and will do everything possible to ensure I've spent my last dollar with you. Enjoy ripping more people off with your deceitful website and shady practices. Hope you are exposed for what you are and are forced out of business. I'll continue to inform anyone who will listen about my experience being victimized by "Guest Reservations". I'm a Dad who was traveling with my wife and daughter for her club volleyball tournament. We want to provide the best we can for her and can't afford to pay hundreds extra for a hotel room.

Firs of all the tv in the room was tiny second the elevator is very bad stops automatically on the second floor very small then there was a roach in the mine fridge that by the way was filthy the pool is as deep as for a toddler the hotel dose not have a restaurant the receptionist was like you can find somewhere around to eat the room smelled no space by the pool area not worth the price honestly

I am currently staying at the homewood suites, just for one night. I get here, the guy charges 60$ over price? Gave us the wrong room when we reserved ocean side? And there is a dog across the hall left alone in the room barking non stop. The pull out couch had no sheets, broken lock on bathroom door. Set up 3 nights at 875. They changed to 875 a night when I tried to cancel same day they charge 75% fee. Site is one name. Emails come from another. Total thieves. Month later still no part refund. Call the hotel directly and they are oblivious to this company business practices.

This hotel is extremely haunted. I was touched both nights I was there. Hotel is very outdated and smells like mold. I felt bad the entire time I was there. The kitchen area was filthy. The dishes were dirty. Good thing this was a business trip and I didn't have to pay for the horrible experience. Do not recommend.

This site will not let me choose no stars. It has five stars and won't let me change it. This company is a ripoff. I made a reservation and had to cancel. I cancelled well within the rules for a full refund. I got an email notice that they received my cancellation but they did not refund my money-over $1000. I waited for about a week and then called. I was told that they would not issue my refund until 30 days later! They are keeping my money for a full month after my notice of cancellation. This is utterly ridiculous. NO NOT USE THIS SITE!

The individual i spoke to on the phone was pleasant but i felt like i was provided with misleading advice. I asked if this was the hotel or a third party booking service and was told they do the booking for multiple hotels. I should have taken that as a no but i didnt. The price ended being $400 more than what it cost me to book directly with the hotel. I canceled my booking with Guest Reservation. Terrible service in my opinion, i will never use their services again.

I was charged for a room that I did not authorize or approve. Called customer service and was advised that there was nothing they can do because I supposedly agreed to the terms. Our first full day, we resort hopped and saw about seven different resorts and we were more appreciative of our hotel. We loved the luscious greenery everywhere! Our hotel was only two stories and not some tall high rise. The grounds were so spread out with multiple pools accessible. The rooms were a bit small, we didn't spend much time in them, due to the theme parks. Food was a solid B for the price and the fine dining was excellent! Loved the boat rides to disney springs. We would definitely return to this resort! This was our first family trip to Florida Disney Resort and certainly not the last.

A "tax recovery fee" of $154.00 was added to my credit card after I gave my credit card info. It was very deceptive to not disclose it on the bill before you pay. Called their phone number immediately and was told it is nonrefundable. Their fee was more than my room.

Answer: Yes there are many rooms have walk in showers, I have stayed a a nimber of rooms at the Medusa, If stairs are an issue there are a few rooms at ground level. I hope this helps
