I canceled my membership got both orders canceled by grubhub, saying another driver took our food. Both drivers were sent by grubhub per the restaurant. We waited an hour for food then got the 2nd cancelation. My husband and i just didnt eat. Was so pissed called grubhub 2xs and was pretty much told oh well we gave you the money back. I deleted the grubhub app and im done. Im going to let all my friends know and im going to doordash going forward. Im done with yall and since i haven't eaten i have plenty of time to do reviews for gruhub.
I would give zero stars if I could. Last week our order was "delayed" and after speaking with one of their terrible customer service reps, they gave us a $10 credit. We just ordered food 2 hours ago and STILL NO FOOD! The driver took two orders at once, delivered one and said ours was delivered instead of the one she actually delivered. Had to re order and we still have no food and no idea where the driver is. Absolutely disgusting.
They won't tell me why, and all I get is meaningless gibberish and random customer service representative mumbling.
I've confirmed with my bank that my credit card is in good standing.

Grubhub Advanced Transaction Review
My order was delivered to the wrong house. The people that received it were told by the restaurant to go ahead and eat it because it came inside their house. Their house is not signed with a number. Mine is signed! And I gave very specific instructions. After three hours of dealing with this crap GrubHub would not give me a discount on the order. They said that they would give me 40% off on my next order. I was given the example if you purchased $100 worth of food you will only pay $60 well the coupon they sent me says 40% off up to $25 so that was wrong again. Also, the fact that my neighbors got my food on time for FREE and I pay full price is the most disgusting thing I've had to deal with this holiday season out of every crappy store, restaurant, and facility contact I've had! GrubHub is the worst and my experience with people eating $116 worth of food while I paid full price for the food three hours later and after having to spend almost an hour on the phone. They didn't even automatically reorder the food when the Grubhub driver, who felt bad, told them the situation. The driver said all they were willing to do was refund me which they weren't even in the process of doing when I called. My family has been sick all week and Grubhub actually made it worse and more miserable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I get food delivered to me constantly that I did not order. I don't order anything that requires GrubHub, Door dash, etc. The customers are always ignored once the driver delivers food wherever they see fit. They never remember to grab drinks for customers, etc, etc. Yes, I learned my lesson early on and no longer use these services. I still get people's cold! Food on my porch all the time though. I'm sure those people are called liars when they call to complain. If they can even get a hold of anyone to complain to. Get your sh together drivers. You have one job. The restaurant workers shouldn't have to remake orders due to your incompetence. They're actually working.
I will not be using Grubhub again after my experience today. The restaurant prepared my food as asked but an hour and a half later I had not gotten my food. I was monitoring the tracker and the driver had not moved at all which I thought was odd. The system kept automatically pushing back the ETA, but the tracker did not move. I texted the driver - no response. Thought maybe something had happened so I called the driver and it went straight to voicemail. Reached out to customer service and the agent not only did nothing to look into the issue but copped a completely unnecessary attitude along the way. Ultimately, I ended up canceling but felt terrible for the poor restaurant who lost money through no fault of their own. Lesson learned: order directly from the restaurant next time.
Complete joke and rip-off. It seems they charge a substantial amount higher than the restaurants they deliver for...seems odd especially when items are different prices depending on if you use Buffalo Wild Wings or the "two other restaurants" they offer that are exactly the same as BWW. It all comes out of the same kitchen with the same ingredients...why would there be three different prices then? Nothing but a comple scam as always. Complete waste of my time even writing this. That's how horribly I feel about this business. I am a chef by the way so I understand the business. What a FN joke!
The driver delivered food to the wrong house. I called to have him re route. He said it's not his job. He is doing me a favor for being food to me. That's his job, right. Anyone doesn't want to deliver and cannot read the correct address. Should not be doing delivering. Deliver to wrap ng address and have a bad attitude. Phone order
Ordered food. Got a text saying food is here. Food wasn't. Driver never responded to calls or text. Called customer service. They offered no explanation to why driver didnt bring food. They reordered from the same place, same order. Food never came, driver never responded to text or calls. Starving at this point and customer service offered a refund and coupons. Called corporate. They offered coupons, not an explanation, not outrage, not any solutions. All the drivers had to do was answer the phone. I would have met them. Door dash is better.
Long story short - food over of over $100 in value went missing, delivery driver claimed the order was cancelled when neither myself (the customer) nor the restaurant initiated cancelling the order. Delivery driver then called me directly to say he would only give me the food if I called GrubHub to ensure he got his money and I refused because it was extremely suspicious. I called GrubHub and the first representative I spoke with handled things by just refunding the order, which I appreciated. I gave GrubHub a follow-up call to their customer service line to let them know about the delivery driver's sketchy request and they didn't seem to bat an eye - said they can't do anything or look into it further unless they hear from the driver, which I presume they haven't. YIKES. AVOID. Exercise extreme caution if you must order food through this service but my advice is to avoid if you can or you will be put in awkward positions like this as the customer.
I moved recently to ny and was supposed to become a strong client. I have been waiting for two hours for 3 omelette, called 3 times, wrote on the order to ring the door bell and not calling or texting me, I have an Italian phone number. After two hours I canceled my order and I am still waiting to be refunded
I received a completely wrong order and I can't even get a response from anyone. I paid $27 for the wrong meal.
Grubhub should be shut down, they are complete trash! My orders got canceled after an hour of waiting many times. Way more times than I actually received food from them. If they do actually end up delivering the food, then it's an hour after ordering and the food is cold because the driver went all over town after picking up your food! All they do is give you a couple bucks for the inconvenience. What a joke! DoorDash is way better and more reliable.
Ordered food and was missing items essential for the order. Food was not edible without so i contacted customer service and said they forgot something and would like it delivered so we could eat. They said they will not send the missing items and would not refund me. It took another 2 times of making contact just to get a partial refund. Go F yourselves grubhub.
Waited over an hour for food. Finally shows up and was completely cold. They say they don't refund for that. Absolute joke of a company. Never again.
2 days in a row I ordered food from these people and they cannot find the house one time was in the evening and one time was in the morning Friday like they cannot find my trailer f****** b******* they want to refund give me a $10 credit towards another meal like I want to keep ordering she keeps happening they want to keep getting somebody to order I told them m*********** on the customer care line to refund my order completely to my account and give me a free meal cuz it was the second day it happened in a row and he plays pretty much did ordered my meal off my card before I even responded and told me my mail was coming I got the email right away they'll f*** you over at this place f*** Grandpa there and I want to see every month if you want to get free delivery otherwise it's five dollars of delivery you might as well go to the f****** store cuz I'm pretty sure if you look at the menu at the store and you look at the menu online they're charging more on GrubHub than the store charges when you go in there they don't even deserve the one star I gave them
GrubHub you suck $#*!! And I would never recommend you. The fact that I have to write more speaks words to the shot job and customer service you provide.
This is by far the worst delivery service out there. I usually use Uber eats and now I understand why they cost more... definitely worth the price. Don't waste your time with GrubHub...the service sucks.

Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.

Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
